We've been coming here for our anniversary the past 4 years and it's been a great experience so far! We love the different themes of rooms and its really fun. I did start to notice that some of the beds in the rooms are noisy, and sometimes there is a smell on the sheets that smells a bit weird. Otherwise, it's been a good!

Our stay at the hotel was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, Zenayda and Shantal went above and beyond to make everything perfect. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail truly stood out. They made us feel welcomed, cared for, and completely at home throughout our entire stay. Any question or request we had, they handled it with patience and a smile. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests, and it made such a difference. Because of them, our trip was smooth, relaxing, and unforgettable. We can’t thank Zenayda and Shantal enough — they are the reason we’ll definitely be coming back! Highly recommend staying here!

My wife and I stayed here for two nights in two different rooms. The experience was spectacular! The rooms are incredible but more importantly, the staff really made the stay worth writing a review. On the second night we wanted to watch some of the many movies the Inn has available. Our DVD player didn't have a remote, we called Juan from the front desk and he was more than happy to provide a solution and replaced the rooms DVD player. Thank you Juan for going above and beyond with a can-do-attitude.

My husband and i stayed in the treasured island room. it was absolutely perfect. Unfortunately due to my anxiety we left in the night but they were so wonderful about it. the room was stunning, i asked if they could warm up the room before we got there and they do, it was the perfect temperature. Even though we didn’t stay the night it was so fun to hangout and relax at for a few hours. They really do make sure that you are taken care of and you can always text them with any concerns or questions. I’ll definitely be coming back and staying soon!

Brilliant for fantasy and role play intimate fun. We had a train themed room and fully immersed ourselves in the fun to be had! Oh my goodness as visitors we saw nothing of salt lake as we enjoyed our stay here way too much! My husband put on some sound effects and we had such a great time! When we checked out the room doors were open so you could see all the other fun to be had. If we lived nearby we would likely come and stay in every room over time for connecting and fun! As visitors we were moving on - we won’t forget our stay here! Highly highly recommend!

The room was dark and gloomy. It was advertised as "A Room With a View". The view was mediocre at best - it might have been more appealing had the windows actually been clean enough to see the view. The breakfast would have been lovely, but the croissant was tough, the cinnamon roll was dry and hard, the orange juice was bitter, and the hot chocolate was tepid at best. Although the room was clean, the lighting made it feel dark and dingy. The bed was lovely to look at, but a nightmare to sleep on. It was the worst and hardest bed we've ever tried to sleep on. This stay was a gift from our daughter for my husband's birthday. She bought us a gift card at considerable expense, since earlier this year, my husband was diagnosed with stage 3 cancer and then one month later was laid off from his job of 18 years. We reserved the room with our visa, fully expecting to pay for our stay with the gift card. When we arrived we were asked if we wanted to leave the room-charge on our credit card. We replied that, no, we wanted to pay with our gift card. We were told that since this was a "Black Friday" room rate, gift cards were not accepted. We explained that the gift card was already paid-for, so there was NO ADDITIONAL discount. Anniversary Inn would be paid whether from our credit card or a gift card, they would still get their money. We were informed that this issue had been brought up to management AND to the owners - only to have the highest Anniversary Inn authority rigidly enforce this ridiculous policy!!! We would NEVER have booked this stay if we had known our gift card would not be honored. Not honoring a gift certificate to your own establishment is disingenuous at best and fraudulent at worst. I have never seen such poor management and business practices!!! We are now stuck with a charge on our credit card that due to having NO INCOME, we cannot pay. This would not have been the case if Anniversary Inn had honored the gift certificate purchased in good faith. We will NEVER patronize this establishment again and will be as vocal as possible to discourage others from doing so.

For $300 dollars a night I had high expectations. We stayed in the presidential suite, we walk in and the bathroom fan and light are on, I notice the toilet paper roll has three squares left….thats weird as you would expect a fresh roll for new guests. I turn the fan off and me and my wife sit down and start talking…we hear children’s voices coming from the room next door, this is anniversary inn you come here to enjoy some peace and quiet comfort, the website says it is for adults only so my wife texts the front desk to ask about this and is informed they are doing a trial run for kids, if I am not mistaken every room has one bed. The manager says it is on their website, we double check and see that no where on the website, no wonder the bathroom fan was on, probably to drown out the loud kids next door. We notice a gas fireplace so we turn it on, three minutes later it goes off so we repeat the process and again and again and again it goes off every 2-3 minutes so we text the desk again…he tells us to turn the switch on, we did over and over. We decide to hit the jacuzzi and be careful the spout is so loose I’m surprised it didn’t pop off. Well you come to anniversary inn to have a romantic intimate night, that’s why it’s called anniversary inn, the bed makes a ridiculous noise and we are thinking it’s going to collapse, fall through the floor or something….very distracting and needless to say intimate moment ruined. Middle of the night I turn the bathroom fan off for some quiet only to be awoken by a crying child next door. We order breakfast for the time slot 8:30 to 9:00….it gets here at 8:10 and reminded me of other hotel continental breakfasts. It was a clean room and the bed fairly comfortable….if you didn’t move or roll over. I would say definitely not worth $300.00 a night. Don’t think we will ever stay at 5th south again, especially if kids are allowed that’s kind of why you book a stay here to get away from crying loud kids. They had a nice bottle of sparkling cider in the fridge but no way to open it so I had to go to the front desk and ask for a bottle opener.
