Crystal Inn Hotel & Suites Salt Lake City

The staff, especially Emerson and Makayla, were friendly, professional and their shuttle service made getting to appointments and the airport go smoothly. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and very clean. The breakfasts are wonderful. I highly recommend you stay here because of the great service and location.

In Salt Lake City for medical issues. The front staff was wonderful. Helped us with finding places that would deliver food after a long day at the hospital. Food for breakfast was a great variety and very tasty. Would definitely stay here again. 

My daughter, granddaughter, and I stayed here while on a first trip to UT to pick up my grandson who was being discharged from Primary Children's Hospital. It was a stressful time and being a guest at this hotel really allowed my family to rest, relax, and rejuvenate after a long drive from Las Vegas. Room was clean, staff were friendly, beds were VERY comfortable, and it was conveniently located near the hospital. The breakfast was outstanding! I will definitely stay again!

+ We had a great time. Clean and quiet. We liked the shop in reception, swimming pool and jacuzzi, free transport to the airport, lundry room, mountain view. - Staff is nice but sometimes uninterested, not fully committed like in other hotels, the gym could have more equipment, TV has limited offer, beds were a little to soft. In general it is good place to stay 👌

Excellent location. Walking distance to public transportation, which will allow you to explore all of the downtown sites. Only about a 10 minute drive to the airport. Excellent hot breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful and overall condition of the property is well-maintained.

One of my favorite stays I’ve had at a hotel in a while. The staff were immaculate. So kind and accommodating. It was clean and I felt very comfortable. I would recommend and will come again.

Stayed there as a group of 9 for a youth conference for 3 days - the customer service and admin team (Jody and Michael) were the best. The breakfast variety was great and the added surprise bonus was the (free) shuttle to the airport when we left. If you have to have high-end hotel experience then you’ll probably pass on this gem but you’ll miss out on their great hospitality and have lighter pockets too!!
