The employees were extremely nice. The younger girl that checked me in was very nice and personable. I did not stay the full night and left at 1am because there were ~30 roaches crawling around the bathroom, walls, kitchen counter, dinner table, and floors. The room was not clean and there was hair that was not mine in the bed and bathroom. The floors were dirty.

This place is fantastic. Room was very clean. The kitchenettes are fantastic. And they provide dishes, flatware, pots and pans. Staff is very friendly, and efficient. It's right next to the Interstate and when you go on a room it's silent, which is wonderful. I stayed almost a week and highly recommend. AAAAAA+++++++++

I absolutely cannot say enough about this hotel and it's staff. My son and I have been staying here for about a month now and the rooms are very clean, quite roomy and if you ask the front desk ladies they'll give you a complete kitchen set up. Laura is the GM, she's hands down the kindest person I've ever interacted with. Wonderful lady. Ranae is also on of the most amazing people I've ever had the pleasure of talking to. Both ladies are kind and understanding and very good at their jobs and they treat their guests like friends, you're not just a reservation to them, you're a person. They've made our stay pleasant and smooth. I would recommend this hotel 100 percent.

Stayed at this place 4 weeks it felt like an accomplishment when I made it out. I don't want to say horrible, but a lot of this place is god awful. First the staff are very rude and unproffessional. ( Sneaking in rooms (while doors cracked), pricing is unbelievable. 250 a night sometimes for a new reservation PLUS an additional 100 for a deposit. Mind you this is a motel studio 6 so they call it, with rates higher then a night at the Hampton.. I stepped on my balcony and someone asked me the time that was standing outside, all because of me saying 9:48 the office kicked me out for associating with that dude because he got kicked out. I simply told the time and got put out. Don't trust this place. They can suspect suspicion and kick you out no reason but that. Would not recommend this one, actually any other 1 except this 1

Positive: Full size refrigerator Negative: My shower broke the first day and it was never fixed. After going to the office 3 times on the 26rh waiting until after 2 pm for someone to come I had to leave I had things to do and it wasn't waiting all day for maintenance to come by.

Although the rooms wasn’t all that clean . Caitlin at the front office is truly exceptional. From the very first interaction, she is welcoming, kind, and extremely professional. She takes the time to explain everything clearly, answers questions with patience, and makes sure nothing is overlooked. Her organization and efficiency keep the office running smoothly, and her positive attitude makes every visit a pleasant experience. It’s rare to come across someone who is not only great at their job but also genuinely cares about the people she helps. Caitlin is a huge asset to the office, and her excellent customer service does not go unnoticed.

If you love a shitty box spring mattress and finding and INFESTATION of roaches crawling all over when going to the bathroom in the middle of the night then this is your place! The kitchenette is pretty useless, without so much as a fork. The front desk is quite friendly and thankfully there were no bed bugs as far as we could tell, so they have that going for them.
