Larkspur Landing Sunnyvale

The room was clean. The staff was nice. The lady who checked me in was very nice and I asked her to put me in the furthest room from the road. She said she did. My room was on the road not over looking the condos as promised. Then the toilet didn't flush and I had to wait an hour for it to be fixed. No follow up phone call from the front desk asking if all was good. Should have changed rooms. Breakfast was not served at 6 but was set up at 6. And the lady at the front desk ran to be first thru the line? And they charge for parking. That was not called out in my reservation. Will not be back.

The staff is exceptional. I stay here often for work and this hotel never disappoints. The rooms are great, the breakfast is wonderful. 10/10

Great room suite equipped with full refrigerator, stove, and microwave. Plates and utensils was a plus! Breakfast was good with good preparation. Plenty of parking space for my rental. Will stay again on the next trip!

Cozy, quiet hotel. Rooms are small apartments. Reminded me of a granny pad. A bit old fashioned and simple but very functional & comfortable. Bed was a bit too soft for my liking. Free cookies at reception! Overall a great place and I'd be happy to return.

Had an amazing stay for two weeks. Felt like home. Leticia Garcia was super helpful, she changed my room immediately when I had issues with the bathroom. Very impressed by the house keeping service , the place is beautiful gives u a cozy feeling. Definitely recommend!

The front desk agent is rude and far away from friendly also not informative. They holding the deposit for 3 to 7 days. She blaming my bank institutions. My bank is very good on refunds. The deposits is 150% from the cost of my stay and they keeping the deposit. She said the deposit was refunded after check out but later she said it will be refunded after make sure that the room was no damages. Very conflicted information. So it’s refunded after check out or she still holding the deposit (pending the inspection on the room). Who knows when she’s going to release it. Never going to stay there again.

This place is a hidden gem!  Almost don't want to give it such a stellar review to let the word out. We stayed here for 2 weeks in June on a family trip.  The front staff is absolutely wonderful, always friendly and super helpful.. going above and beyond.  The public areas are kept extremely clean.  Our suite was also immaculate. The furniture looked new as it was hardly used.  We had 2 comfortable queen beds and a TV in the bedroom and living area.  Laundry facilities are available free of charge; only need to purchase your own detergent. The gym is quite nice and well equipped with weights, treadmill, elliptical and bicycle.. totally underutilized.  Every morning a complete breakfast is available including eggs, sausage, french toast, bagels, toast, yogurt and juice.  Fresh, hot coffee is always available in the lobby.  Best part of the stay was the hot, fresh cookies available at the front desk usually around 5pm and later at around 7pm.  We parked on the street in back of the hotel, as there is plenty of free space available as you have to pay an extra $10 per day to park in the lot.  A very enjoyable stay!
