East Bay Inn

Great, cozy, boutique hotel perfectly located for exploring historic Savannah. We stayed here three nights on our first trip to the city. Rooms had a lot of charm. Staff were very friendly and accommodating especially handling baggage for our early arrival and late departure. Nice coffee shop/bar attached and delicious restaurant downstairs. We would definitely stay here again.

Negative: A charming boutique hotel, I like the lobby and bar and the restaurant had particularly good salads and service.The rooms are small and difficult to lay out but once i got the hang of it, all was ok.

Best location ever, absolutely love this hotel. Historic and very quiet. I traveled with my daughter, Savannah can be a little rough in some areas. We were so thankful for the location and the staff. We felt very welcome and safe. The rooms are very spacious, including a sitting area. All the amenities are updated , while still having the charm of a historical building.

I had a wonderful experience here. Stayed one night in a corner room. The room and lobby are beautiful. Everyone we interacted with was very friendly. There is noise from the street but honestly, that didn’t bother me. Great location that was close to a lot of the things I wanted to check out. Free parking. Would 100% stay again.

We spent three nights at the East Bay Inn and were delighted with our experience. Our room was charming and very comfortable. The inn location was perfect for us to stroll around Savannah and visit many sites. The hidden gem at the East Bay Inn is evening innkeeper Steven - he is very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable - we found ourselves often saying "we should ask Steven about …"

We stayed here after looking inmine at the East Bay Inn. Gorgeous historic room. Located in the heart of downtown Savannah. Walkable distance from everything. Only thing we thought tgat could be different for the price would be breakfast included or pastries. Other than that we were delighted by receiving wine vouchers. Friendly and personable service and free bon alcoholiv bevvies and great staff who helped us. Also they didn't hv tylenol or advil available no biggie. But after gd times on the blvd we were a bit surprised..

I recently stayed at the East Bay Inn in Savannah, Georgia, and overall, it was a delightful experience. The maid service was average, not particularly standout but adequate. However, the receptionist was exceptional—friendly, helpful, and quick to assist with any questions. I highly recommend staying at the East Bay Inn for its inviting ambiance and prime location. They offer cards so each guest gets a free complementary drink at the downstairs bar. The downstairs bar can get a bit rowdy when the ghost tour bus stops by and offload their passengers, but it adds to the fun. We stayed in room 326 next to Charlie’s room in 325. Didn’t see or hear anything.
