The Isetta Inn

The Isetta Inn was cute, quirky, and clean. Unfortunately, the owners never seem to be there and are very hard to reach. It is also located on a busy street and there is also loud construction nearby. They did give earbuds which were helpful but all of the noise was annoying. The room was also hot and you had to text the owner to adjust the temperature. I also called and emailed the owner asking for a refund of the last night but never got any response. I would not stay here again.

The most luxurious hostel I’ve stayed in the US. The hosts are extremely accommodating and they even have single rooms for you to stay in for a beautiful price. To help you understand the attention to detail, I attached photos of their stitched pillows! Beautiful. Beautiful. Beautiful. So many spaces to work from home here, I wish I could have stayed longer!

Our stay at The Isetta Inn in Savannah was absolutely perfect. Every detail of the home is thoughtfully designed, and you can truly feel the care put into each space. Each room has its own unique personality, and we were lucky enough to stay in the treehouse room, which was beyond adorable—cozy, charming, and felt like a little hidden escape right in the city. The atmosphere was peaceful yet welcoming, and the location was ideal for exploring Savannah while still feeling tucked away and special. It was the perfect mix of comfort, character, and Southern charm. We felt right at home the entire stay. If you’re looking for a unique, beautifully curated place to stay in Savannah, The Isetta Inn is a must. We already can’t wait to come back!!

The hotel is really nice, though a bit hard to find. Beautiful interior decorating,  including our room: the Clark Gable. The best thing about the hotel is the location: easy walking distance to The Vault, Foxy Foxy, other eateries. Not far from the park. The main drawback for the Clark Gable room was the problem of air conditioning. The room has a room air conditioner which exhausts through a window. At night it is loud though the hotel owners thoughtfully provided ear plugs. But the problem is that even if you turn the AC down to 72%, it could not cool the room on a not very warm September night. Both my wife and I woke up early sweating because the room was too hot and muggy. Other guests say the temperature was great in the main building, so if we return we will get a room there. 

So much charm and character! Definitely one for the books. The Inn is set up to run relatively on it's own, although I personally had no problem reaching the owners for assistance checking in. The area felt safe and the rooms/houses secure (each door with its own digital lock). Plenty of things to do in the area to get by without using your car (don't be afraid of a hearty walk! 🙂 As this is a renovated house, some of the rooms themselves are smaller than your average hotel room, but you're not getting just a place to sleep. The pictures are upfront! There are plenty of common areas, lush nooks, and outside seating to explore. Open kitchen cooking supplies, honor system store with snacks/drinks/toiletries, and tons of conversation pieces in the decor. Just like any stay, just do your research and know what your own expectations are for the room you're booking. Tons of information on the website and their local travel guide. So glad I followed the whimsy and was able to support this place, have fun!

This place was amazing. Plenty of themed rooms with murals. A lot of interesting decorations. Bathrooms with Bidet toilet attachments. Free wifi and other amenities for use with the honor system. A great place for better than hotel prices. A must stay if you're here in savannah. Picture worthy.

Enjoyed our stay! Such a beautiful and charming old home in the heart of Savannah. Rooms and common spaces had amazing and unique decor! Loved the themed rooms. It is on a busy street so lots of cars going by, but a great place to stay! Looking forward to coming back!
