Quality Inn Aurora - Naperville Area

Positive: Easy checking, space for parking & friendly staff. Negative: The towels in the room were with stains. The carpet in the room below the tv table was sticky (maybe a chewing gum?) the Microwave was old and with yellow stains. Handwash sink in the bathroom was cracked. They can do a lot better with what they charge.

This hotel should be condemned. Along with the rudeness of the staff. I wanted to check to see if this was the hotel I booked , the reply I got from the desk clerk was "I’m eating my lunch, check in is at 3pm". Once in the room, the temperature was freezing cold with the wall unit blowing warm air. Bed was freezing cold. We asked for a new room from a suite to a mini suite and received seven dollars off the original price. The Spa Tub could not be filled with enough hot water so was useless. The window drape was too long and blew straight out to let the light in when the heater came on. The bath fan dripped water on our heads. The carpets in the hall and stairs were disgustingly dirty. The floor in the breakfast area was sticky. We were there 4 days and only rations were left out each day.

The location is fantastic, but my room had hair still stuck inside the shower and the sheets were stained. Or at least I hope that it was just a stain... the lady at the front desk got me fresh linens when I requested them though.

The tv didn’t work , the bathroom selling was leaking water straight to us while sitting in the toilet. I had stayed here before, it was good last time but this time I was really disappointed. Hopefully next time it can be better if we decide to stay here.

Dirty. Doesn't change sheets or towels between customers is the main thing. Nothing like getting out of the shower to dry off 530am on a Monday and getting a long black hair stuck to your face from a towel that's supposedly clean. Also I had to switch rooms twice to find one with sheets that weren't dirty. I should've left after the first room wasnt clean.

This should not be the beat kept secret. You should no be in operation, food left out at 1am in the morning and breakfast starts at 6am. Health violation. Rooms marked with no smoking signs and the halls reqeked of weed the rugs were filthy from the beginning of the hall too the the end. The staff was nonchalant when asked questions and did not have answers. paid $60 to much for the room. I did not book this room so I would have never with the first 12 to 15 reviews were 1 stars. The health department needs to come in for the safety of the customers. The same old response was quoted and not 1 thing has changed I will let as many people I can know to stay clear of this place. And let them know all the reviews could no be lying. I served in combat conditions better than this. What made me write this review was they claimed to fix stuff the picture show what they have done. Chicago failed me and my family BAD.

Hotel quality was way worse than shown in photos. Damage all over building in rooms. Best part about my stay was the bed. Tv looked like the bottom on unit had been punched and after emailing to check in early bc of an early flight I was told the don’t check emails and I was forced to pay 40 cash if I wanted to check in early.
