This Place is Perfect! 5 stars! Cozy, great, easy & safe access from the street. The AC kept the place cold and the balcony was awesome to sit on and relax. The Beds were comfy too. I don’t know what that other reviewers rant was about regarding the low water pressure?… the water pressure was great last weekend on my stay! Stronger than my own house! highly recommend renting here and will rent here again!

This Airbnb has a prime location in the very close proximity to the French Market, Cafe du Monde, Jackson Square, the river boat tours and Bourbon. ||The location was the greatest attribute but there were some hiccups that could really make this place way better. We were a group of 4 on a girl's trip but had no closets, storage or drawers to organize our clothing or items. We were provided a few hangers and rack in each room which just was not sufficient, and it was a bit inconvenient to live out of a suitcase literally.||The shower has no shelving or anywhere to place toiletries and would clog during and after a shower which was rather gross being that you were washing off the day on Bourbon but would have your feet soaking in it for several minutes. ||Overall, this was a great Airbnb, but it needs a few small adjustments to be more guest friendly rather than just location friendly only.

I stayed here recently for Mardi Gras. The location was perfect!! Just steps from Bourbon St!! The AirBnb was super clean and nice. Great water pressure!! Comfortable bed!! Loved the balcony. No complaints at all!!!

Location is great but so many issues with this place. My main biggest problem is zero shower water pressure also no water pressure in the one and only bathroom sink. Very warm with instructions not to touch the 4 window ac units with all need to be cleaned some have an alert saying needs filter assistance which is disgusting. I booked this looking also at photos showing 4th floor with a balcony but this had zero openings at all so I booked a suite that I had to walk up 4 flights of stairs and no balcony so that was pointless. Some of the ceiling fans wouldn't turn on with the remotes one of the remotes didn't even have battery's. One of the couches arms in bedroom are broken and about to detach. And zero extra blankets anywhere for extra sleeping spots like couch but we brought one so that was fine. The bathroom needs a bit of attention to floor and the glass door scraps so I'm sure one of these times it will shatter since it's not sitting well. No extra trash bags anywhere. Response from company after reading Airbnb review was shower isn’t an issue at all LIES!!! And blamed me for breaking a couch arm that was already broken and then said I had a huge discounted room rate! 400.00 is a discount for this place haha wow don’t stay here whatever you do terrible customer service!!!

We were excited to come here for a bachelorette/bachelor party. We traveled all day and just wanted to take showers but were greeted by freezing cold showers. the company stated that the city was working on the issue. a few of us took the cold showers painfully. the next morning when stilll having cold water, we decided to contact airbnb after we stopped receiving contact from the company. thankfully, we were able to get a refund but had to scramble to book another place. We spoke to others in the building who were also leaving bc of the lack of hot water. This company should be ashamed.

I understand that problems can happen, but we had NO hot water for our four-day stay, and the owner was not communicative about the status. After two days, the "super high-speed Internet" failed. This is the worst short-term rental experience I’ve ever had.
