Positive: The decor of the room was surprisingly modern. Negative: One of the staff members at the front desk was horrendously unfriendly and rude! We paid extra for a kitchen in the room and it was completely dusfunctional and had zero cooking utensils! The kitchen light didn’t work!

I'm thoroughly impressed with the rooms the size is great lots of storage. The staff is amazing, The manager on duty Jenny was very informative client and welcoming to my family and myself. The room was clean and presented well very glad we took a chance.

Patel I reserved and stay in you hotel last week and my experience was very unpleasant and confusing. 1- your hotel advertised-hot breakfast, sorry but there was nothing hot like in the othe your hotel in Manistee hotel . 2- your morning shift on the February 20 was very none professional and very rude. One lady told me that there is no food from breakfast go to the room , I told them that I’m putting the waffle in to my car and I left to pick up my stuff from room and ready to go ,, she lock me out and I have to go back to the front desk to reactivate the key , and I asked - I hope you don’t go a charge me the 20 $ fine ,, answer- we will investigate and let you know, I told her that I had a cart out dinner from Arby’s, btw with very rude tone of her voice, I asked for her name and she refused, after that I found your card on counter and I replied, thank you left She purposely lock me out You guys have security cameras everywhere, there was no reason to acting like this , she was very unprofessional and rude. 1- I’m requesting full refund for my stay due to the falls misleading advertisement 2- How you wanna handle it he unprofessional and rude stuff it’s a totally up to you . You have my address, telephone number in you system room 228 Please respond in writing before I will make a review Thanks I guess they just don’t care

Walked in tonight 07-10-26 to book a room. Lobby was actually beautiful but not only did the receptionist have a POOR and rude attitude, when I asked if they allowed service animals she said yes as long as you provide proof, which is ILLEGAL to ask so I walked out and went somewhere else. I stepped away from the desk to look up pricing on my phone and listened to the way she spoke to the gentleman after me, so rude! She needs some etiquette lessons in hospitality.

This is the nicest cleanest Beaumont we have stayed in. We travel for work and stayed in several. The rooms are nice. Bed and pillows are so comfortable! Breakfast was good, plenty of options. Only thing, no fridge or microwaves. Much needed for preppie traveling.

The room condition was the worst I've seen in a long time, with broken outlets, roof leaks, loose toilet, mildew, and some intimidating clientele hanging out in the parking lot. We complained to corporate and got nowhere so I deleted the photos. The very only good thing was the Waffle House next door - and they got a nice tip.

Beware...manager and employees running quite a scam here. Reservation desk was very friendly but failed to inform me of the $100 cash only deposit required at check-in because my address is within 60 miles of the hotel. When I checked-in on 2/20/2026 I tried to get them to put the deposit on my debit card but they refused and said the deposit is cash only and there is conveniently an ATM located in the lobby. At that point I figured the ATM fee was the scam. Much to my surprise, when checking out on 2/22/2026 they refused to give me my cash deposit back because my dog (which I paid $60 extra for him to stay) got a couple paw prints on the sheets. This was just dirt from him going outside. She claimed that the dirt would not come out and wouldn't give me the deposit back, and was very rude on top of that. I have stayed at many many hotels/motels over the years and have never heard of a cash only deposit. I have also never left a bad review for any business/establishment but felt I had to with this one. Other complaints...reserved a king bed but got 2 queen beds, the only buttons on the TV remote that worked were the power and volume buttons, could not change channels, I am a single older female and was checking in alone and they gave me a room in the back of the building away from the parking lot that felt like I was walking into a dark alley, one of the neighboring rooms had people pounding on the door several times in the middle of the night which made my dog go crazy each and every time. So needless to say I got very little sleep during my stay. Couldn't pay me to stay here again ever!
