I’d say that during my stay here it wasn’t all too bad. I got a room with one bed and one sofa bed for 4 nights and it felt perfectly safe. It’s also within a nice close proximity to Universal. AC ran great and the restroom was clean and heavily stacked with hygiene items (despite packing my own). They DO charge for underground parking (about $20 a night) but it does feel safer than having your car outside. The area itself is another story. It’s a hotel technically also combined with an apartment. Traffic is terrible (as standard with LA), as far as walking goes you’ll be fine if you watch your surroundings and mind your business. There’s some good food options only if you’re willing to eat in restaurant, not so much takeout (excluding cafes). On morning 3 there was cops outside dealing with someone on the sidewalk so that was a pleasant site. Night 2 it smelled like weed and pee outside (kinda expected for a downtown area). All in all, room was great, area is meh. Checkout can be anytime early morning as long as you follow instructions properly and let maintenance know (they’ll text if you don’t reach them) that you’re out. Also I have yet to get my $250 deposit back despite leaving the room in almost the same, near perfect condition I arrived in. Which leaves me to doubt booking with this place again since I thought I found a great place for cheap originally.

The reservation was perfect, there were no problems with check-in. I would only recommend that when taking the photo of the card, they don't capture sensitive information like the date and CVV code. The apartment had everything we needed, the bathroom was in excellent condition, we just would have liked a slightly larger bed, but it was still comfortable. I only have one complaint: my $250 USD deposit hasn't been returned despite leaving everything in excellent condition and clean. Several weeks have passed without the refund. I hope you can help me because this is an informal arrangement, and we made the payment on time. The correct procedure is to issue the refund within the stipulated timeframe.

This apartment was in a perfect location for what I was doing in Los Angeles. There is a grocery store right across the street. I highly recommend getting the parking as it makes it very easy to park, get into the building, and not have to worry about finding street parking. The check-in and check-out process was very simple. They send videos ahead of time so you can see where to check-in, how to lock and unlock the door, where the trash is located, etc. Super helpful. It was lovely having an amazing rooftop and the apartment I stayed in also had a fantastic balcony. Definitely enjoyed my stay!

Terrible service. I booked an apartment for a week through Booking.com back in December, 1.5 months before my vacation. Upon arrival, they refused to check us in, claiming that we didn't have a reservation, even though I had a valid booking on Booking.com. They claimed they had problems processing the payment, even though I changed my card to another one, and they still couldn't charge it. But for some reason, they didn't warn me about this. As a result, we had to find accommodation upon arrival. They didn't even try to correct their mistake. The girl at the reception desk was on Instagram and didn't even try to find us an alternative option. We were exhausted after a long flight, and the children were tired and hungry. Closer to evening, I found accommodation that cost much more. Incompetent staff ruined the beginning of our vacation.

This place was OK to stay at. But be wary if you need to cancel. We cancelled a booking and re-booked at the same place virtually the same day for a better room. We were charged immediately for the new booking. However even though we cancelled the original booking within the full refund period we had to chase hard to get our money back. I actually accused them of "drip feeding" the refund as over time they returned parts of the refund. I eventually emailed them daily and finally got all of my money. Clearly they are not really interested in their customers and just want your money. I found the whole experience very stressful and even feared they were heading for liquidation and I risked turning up from a long flight from Australia to find the place closed down. Luckily this was not the case.

Very disappointed with the move-out process. After the new manager Jason took over on September, we were overcharged on the cleaning fee with no clear explanation. Emails and calls were ignored, and the management now feels unprofessional and disrespectful. Things used to be great with Yoali and Michelle, but since the new team came in this September, the management has become terrible. Glad we moved out, wouldn’t recommend this place anymore.

Applaud by the company and service, we had booked through bookings.com, and in hindsight had seen several red flags in our dealings with them however like the look, location and affordability of the accommodation. Below are all the issues at check in: |First, the location of my accomodation was an 8 min drive from the address provided on the Bookings.com website but I was only advised of this when I arrived at the listing address to ‘check in’ and was told there was no where to check in. When I called the stayspro team, they said they just used that address as they had multiple sites. I was never notified in the cancellation safe period that not only was I not staying at the address listed in the listing. Normally I would have disputed this at the time, but we had been travelling all day it was already 6pm and just wanted to get the family (including a 4 year old) settled for the evening. ||Second, on realisation that the accomodation provided did not meet the description listed at time of booking, I had to contact your team on 3 separate occasions and spoke to 3 different people all of whom informed me that there was no possible way to correct the error as you were "fully booked". Each call conveniently 'dropped out' when I advised that this response was unacceptable. Initially I had been open to a room swap but the more incompetent the staff over the phone proved themselves to be the less faith I had in service delivery.||Thirdly, I was advised during one of this calls that I would need to Provide photos of the rooms in the apartment to "prove" that the accomodation did not meet the details in the listing at time of booking. ||It took the team 90 mins (and my demands of a refund if unable to provide us with the accommodation we booked) from my first phone call to advise that I could have access to the original accomodation that I had booked and paid for. We had a 4 year old and 2x 70 year olds travelling in our group, it had been raining and we were exhausted from a day of travel. We could not risk, relocating to a different address only to find that the location still did not meet our needs or the description in the listing at time of booking and so chose to source other accommodation for our stay.
