Woodrow Apartments

My experience living at Woodrow has been wonderful. Even during the transition in property management early on, everything was handled smoothly. As for my unit, I absolutely love it. The big windows and beautiful hardwood floors make it such a bright, charming space that truly feels like home. I got so lucky when I found my apartment! Liberty, the property manager, is always quick to respond to any questions, and you can often see her around the building working hard alongside Jessica. Jessica does an amazing job keeping the common areas spotless and decorating for the holidays. Whenever I have guests over, they always comment on how cute the decorations are and how clean and well-kept the building feels. You can really tell how much pride they both take in their work. It shows day in and day out. Work orders are always handled quickly, and the community here is incredibly friendly. I also love how pet-friendly the building is! You’re always seeing people with their furry friends around, which adds to the charm on The Woodrow. The charm of Woodrow is what first drew me in, and honestly, if I hadn’t needed a larger space, I would have happily stayed here for years. I truly have nothing but great things to say about the building and Fortified Property Management. If anyone is curious about living here, schedule a tour and check it out! You truly won’t be disappointed.

I was moving in from another state and had to look for an apartment online without being able to see it in person. Liberty was awesome in every step in the process. It was so painless and an easy process. Would recommend moving n to Woodrow apartments in Fargo. I was a bit hesitant because all the negative past reviews of the place. Don't listen to the past reviews that was before the new company took over and hired a great On site Manager. She responded within minutes really not kidding. Great communication. No issues at all. Jessica that own the cleaning company cleans Woodrow and does a amazing job at keeping the place spotless. She takes great care of the place like it's her own house. Love it here. Thanks for the great experience.

I currently live at Woodrow apartments. I love it here,its so unique and beautiful 😍. This weekend Liberty our property Manager held a building Christmas Party! It was so fun, I got to meet a lot of people that lived in the building. They had food, drinks and a drawing. I am loving the vibe of the building now, it feels like family and home. This is the place to live!!! Thank you so much Liberty for all you do! Oh I almost forgot Jessica keeps the building looking great and has been decorating for the holidays, it looks amazing! Thank you Jessica for all you do too!

I'm a new resident at Woodrow, it's such a cool vibe, the old school side is special. I appreciate how welcoming Jessica the head of the cleaning and the seasonal decorator and Liberty the new building manager have been. Anything that has come up, I can text one of them and get a quick response. Jessica has a long history with Woodrow and you can tell she is the heart of the building. Thank you for hosting the fun Christmas party and here's to more gatherings for the residents! (music ones in the gymnasium)

Since the new management takeover Fortified Property Solutions has been so kind and understanding when life simply happens. The property manager being onsite is very helpful, they have great communication when changes are occurring in the building. Liberty was extremely accommodating and helped assist me with any questions or concerns during my lease term. I would highly recommend speaking with them if you’re looking for a nice downtown Fargo apartment. Plus the amenities are great and continues to improve under the new management.

I saw the reviews and tour Woodrow. Liberty was great she meet me at 7am on a Saturday to tour apartment!! I have a crazy schedule so I was really grateful. I saw a 2 bedroom on the historic side it was very unique!! Love the basketball court in the gym plus it has a cool courtyard with a fireplace and grills. Liberty answer all my questions and was very friendly and accommodating. Can’t wait to call this my new home!! I would go check this community out!!

Been at Woodrow for awhile. The place has been through a lot. Management seems on top of things finally. The clean common areas are about the only consistent thing over the years. Jess has done a great job maintaining things througjout multiple management changes. Hopefully everything else falls into place. She pretty much knows all the details about the building and will clean your apartment for a certain amount. Ps I still want my stolen bike back
