This is the worst ive ever been treated and the room had no electricity and they wouldnt fix it by turning breaker back on. They tried saying i had 4 people in my room when it was just me and my daughter and we had been gone all day doing running around. No one was in the room. They didnt have any towels, garbage bags or toilet paper in the room and they wouldnt give me anything. Said housekeeping closed at 6 and nothing was clean. I couldnt take shower, wash my hands, get a blanket, garbage bags nothing. And i paid over 60 dollars and they wouldnt give me refund either. Im so appalled. The rooms are dirty, the service and owners are awefull! Ive never been treated so bad and for no reason. They even said i couldnt have company stop by either which i had ride bring me there because i dont have car. They demanded ID for everyone. Which remember was just me and my daughter and a ride to drop us off. No towels or anything and no electricity so no refridgerater or microwave or lamps. Cant get refund because its the owner whos treating me this way. What is wrong with people? And how do you run a business this way?? I will be letting better business bureau know whats going on. I lost my food because of no electricity. Other people stay here other than drug addicts and we dont deserve to be treated this way. Nobody deserves to be treated this way!! Nobody!

Simple put we left! Worst hotel we have ever seen. Cigarettes in draw, French fries on floor, tv and fridge didn’t work. Homeless people outside your room door.

I called 2/9/2025 to discuss renting a room for 2/21/25-2/22/25 & the person who answered tried to charge me for our service dog & I informed him of the laws and that it is illegal to do so for a service dog. He then asked me medical questions & continued to violate my daughters rights due to hipaa violations as well as ADA required accommodations. I tried to explain to the Indian sounding guy at the Fargo location answering the phone, he hung up on me while I was explaining our USA laws. I called to complain at 301-592-5000 to their main office, he apologized & sent me to supposedly give me a $100 visa gift card… the call was transferred to an outside company to give me a sales pitch for $280 for hotel stays at 5 specific locations across the US & no visa gift card was given to me as promised as well… 0 stars would be my rating if I could. I notice another complaint last year on here as well & so they are knowingly violating the laws at this point.

It was nice at first till I took a shower. The hot and cold is switched around so cold is actually hot and hot is actually cold on the shower, seen a small bug on my leg in the bathroom and a big bug crawling on the walls in the room, tv kept shutting off randomly when watching tv, beds are hard, beds were made but stains everywhere on them same with the window curtain had stains on it, drain was backed up so didn’t drain any water till like 5 mins after I shut the water off in shower, phone was completely unplugged.

I stayed here when one of the homeless shelters put us up here. Our room was quiet for the most part. As long as the other guests from the shelter followed the rules and were concientius of the hotel staff and the owner. We follow rules and smoke outside but don't want to appear to be running in and out. Our room was located right next to one of the exit doors so that was very convenient. I have been employed by one of the local hotels in the same town and things are run pretty much the same. I just want to thank the owner and the staff for being there for us even though so may look down upon the homeless and won't rent to someone if they list their address as Fargo. They fear that the customer is of the homeless population. We do not all use drugs and we do not all invite all our friends to join us. I am grateful for business owners that understand this and allow us to have accomodations at their establishment. As I go above and beyond not to be a nuisance or take advantage of this generous ability of the Downtown Engagement Center. Thank you to all the staff if the DEC and the Bison Inn for making this option available to us.

Absolutely filthy. Dirt and other questionable substances on the floor, walls, beds and curtains. Hair left in the shower. No TV remote. No fire alarm in the room. Dirty towels. Vending machines and ice machine out of order. Other people smoking in the rooms. Do not stay here.

This is one of the hidden gems in Fargo. The new management has taken what used to be a run down place and turned it in to something completely the opposite. The staff is helpful, friendly, and accommodating. The rooms are clean and quiet. You never have to wait for help at the front desk as there is always someone more than willing to answer any questions or get you anything you need no matter what time. You're always greeted with a smile when you walk through the doors and they take the time to know you and greet you by your name.
