Staff is helpful. This is an extended stay place, not a 5 star living experience. I'm a superintendent for a network/fiberoptic installation company and they treated my people right, even letting me grill in the parking lot for my crew. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for something cozy that doesn't break the bank. I'll also say that looking out the window on the main entrance side, you get a really nice view of the mountains in the morning. Thanks for treating my crew so well Marty!

This is brand new hotel at a nice location. However, my low rating is based on the fact that my hotel room had no soap (bar soap or hand soap or body wash) provided. They only provided a shampoo. When I went downstairs to the front desk to ask for soap I was told that they were out of soap and he could give me more shampoo to make up for it. Then I was told that I could get a soap from the nearby Target! I stayed here for 2 nights and even then the hotel never got any soap for me.Second problem for me was the shower curtain in my bathroom smelled quite bad. I will not be repeating.

I stayed only one night...attended a concert and fly home the next day. The room is s shell of a room and basic. It did have a small kitchenette and would be perfect if you are staying several days. Large room and bathroom. The kiosk was not working and this seemed to be a common complaint I read before booking, but obviously was not a deal breaker when booking. The hotel is close to the airport and the venue I attended. I wanted to mention the employee Marty, was very kind attentive upon my groups arrival. He was patient and welcoming. After a long drive, it was refreshing to have a wonderful experience upon our arrival. I would recommend if you are staying in the area. Keep in mind, no iron/iron board/hair dryer...it's just the basics!

The building was brand new and the room was fairly clean though the toilet was not it had a broken toilet paper dispenser that apparently they didn’t bother to fix before their next guest. The towel rack fell apart as soon as we put a towel on it and for some reason, according to their corporate policy, they only put one stand on one side of the bed so if two people are occupying the bed, the second person has nowhere to put their phone keys, watch, etc. when I asked the front desk about this they said that is their standard building policy all across their hotels Who only puts one night stand on one side of a bed in a hotel when everybody has cell phones that need to be charged and they use them for alarm clocks? Also, on the side entrance, garbage was piled up onto the sidewalk and one more note on the room. The bed only came with two sheets and no comforter, so we slept under sheets the whole night as there was no blanket provided one sheet was black and one Sheet was white, so I guess the fact that they colored one black makesit a blanket, but it was literally see-through and the exact same thickness as the white sheet so if you’re staying here, be sure to bring your own blanket as they will not provide it

Edit: I have to change my review after my recent visit. When I arrived, one of the bedspreads was covered by huge oil stains, there was a fast food cup in the dishwasher, the bathroom trash can was missing a liner and there was dried vomit down both the inside and outside, and there were crumbs on a kitchen shelf. When I went to take a bath I started wiping the tub down with a sanitizing wipe and one swipe of the interior side wall came away filthy. I won't be returning. Beautiful and clean rooms. Adequate and spotless gym. I would have given 5 stars if the dishwasher worked, or if I had been offered to relocate to a room with a functional one.

So my experience with the staff was overall good. My issues were as follows: Dirty towel was left in the microwave. Toilet had urine stains under the lid. Apparently, they are short on housekeeping or no one checks the rooms after they are "supposedly" cleaned. No coffee maker in the room. A coffee maker is standard in almost every hotel. They do have a coffee machine in the lobby, which wasn’t good at all, not to mention that I like to have a cup of coffee in my pj’s when I first wake up. If I have to go down to the lobby to get it, I have to get dressed! There’s also no paper towels and no dishes provided either. The kicker is the cheap blinds. They provide almost no room darkening. After dark the parking lot lights will light up the entire room. At sunrise you will be awake! This place has then potential to be a good place for long term housing for work or whatever the case may be, but they need to make some adjustments.

All of the previous guests’ trash was still in the room, had to take it out myself (even though it was clearly rotten and smelled terrible), long black hair all over the bathroom counter top, bathroom light turns on no matter what. Have to go to the bathroom at 2am? Full on blasting bathroom lights, can’t change it no matter. Walls are paper thin and every guest feels the need to slam their doors at all hours of the night. Absolutely miserable stay here.
