Riversage Billings Inn

The people who operate this facility are just wonderful and accommodating. We've stayed here countless times over the last 20+ years that I've needed medical care in Billings. Everything from getting a recliner into the room to accommodating our dogs. Kindness. Courtesy. The building is spotless. Well maintained. The may be no frills like a pool or hot tub but that's okay by us. They make up for that in the care they offer. Special thanks to the night cleark, Jack. We witnessed him handle an especially unpleasant guest with grace and aplomb that made a couple of old ladies (lol us) feel much safer. It's not in a shopping district or fine dining area but all the hospitals and most of the clinics are located within walking distance.

The room was clean, well-ventilated, and coffee and toiletries were provided. The morning breakfast (buffet style) had good choices, and coffee was available all day and night. Special thanks to the friendly reception staff who assisted me in booking taxis for my trip to the Little Bighorn. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel was great, they staff fantastic and I would recommend it to anyone needing to stay in Billings. The hotel was very clean and centrally located for me and what I needed done

I loved the location of the Riversage to the Billings Clinic campus. I was able to walk to my doctor's appointment, pharmacy and when I checked in for my procedure. I forgot something important before the procedure and my driver was able to provide it to the doctor within minutes due to staying so close. Thank you!

Stayed here to be close to the hospital. They were great about adjusting dates and finding us a room on short notice. Friendly staff. Cookies and popcorn at the front desk at night were a nice treat. Breakfast was good.

The rooms are clean and very quiet. The beds are comfortable, and there is plenty of hot water for showers. My biggest complaint is that the lights outside are very bright and the room darkening shades don't do a fantastic job of blocking the light from the parking lot. Even so, I slept great!

Very nice helpful workers. Breakfast was delicious and had a good selection of different items. All day coffee was nice. Shampoo and conditioner were great they had actual Bottles instead of the miniature shampoo and conditioner. They had actual body was instead of a bar. Overall great place.
