Lady at the front desk was super nice last night. Room was very yucky. The whole floor was sticky, a screw in the bathroom, toilet was still dirty but the shower had great pressure. Location was alright, kind of away from most but not terribly far.

Very old and outdated. The plastic/vinyl floors felt very dirty & sticky. The hot tub was empty, and the pool was covered. The employee we spoke to said they have never worked as long as she's been there. They never cleaned the room or even emptied the garbage while we were there. We had to ask for toilet paper and garbage bags. Lots of signs of bed bugs. It's a sketchy part of town, and the police were there several times. At least the coffee was fresh & hot.

Great customer service rooms where we'll kept the showers are amazing. They have a lot of patience locked my self out lady up front stopped what she was doing to help me. My only negative is the breakfast.

The room was dirty and smelled badly. The room was also very noisy due to paper thin walls and no soundproofing. The bed had some sort cover on it for water proofing or something but it was noisy and uncomfortable. The drain in the bathtub/shower was blocked making drainage difficult. The hotel was a little way out of town consequently there was no restaurants/bars nearby. Unpleasant stay to say the least , to top it off it was quite expensive for a low budget hotel.

The pictures for your location are NOT accurate. This property is run down and in rough shape. The doors don't shut property, the key cards don't work in the readers, the floors are stained with marks from the bed, the bathtub was broken and stained, and you've got a huge sign up saying weekly rates available. We're pretty sure a drug deal went down outside our room, the ice machine didn't work, the lobby was trashed. The price for this location is the worst price to quality of a room I've ever paid in my life. Had we not pre paid, we would have canceled and gone somewhere else.

I tend to be easy to please when it comes to accomodations. It has a bed, the bed is clean? Good enough for me. The room was comfortable and the water pressure and hot water is Fantastic which is more important to me than pretty much anything else after a long day of traveling.

I stayed for a week. I had been to this hotel about a year and a half ago and it was fine so I figured it would be fine again. Nope. I put a do not disturb sign on my door a couple of times, but even on the days it wasn't on there, my room was never cleaned. I ended up leaving early because the front desk lady with the dark hair put gloves on and went through my towels before giving me clean ones. Like lady, you have bigger problems to worry about than towels. I mopped my own floors on my hand and knees with wipes because they were filthy, I took my own trash out, I changed my own sheets. The hot water was in an out in the afternoons, and the outlet the mini fridge was plugged into wouldn't hold the plug so a bunch of my food went bad one night when it stayed off. I finagled it to stay in and then everything got frozen so a couple more things went bad. And honestly I was fine with everything but the front desk lady asking how many towels I had and then putting her gloves on and counting them. Why even ask me how many I have if you're going to count them anyway? Why not just say, "ok, we exchange one for one for towels, can you put them in here so I can count them?" I feel like she could have totally been more polite about the whole thing. I left four nights early, and I figured they would at least refund me the nights I didn't stay there but of course not. My husband told me to just take the loss and get the heck out of there. When locals asked me where I was staying and I told them, they said "Aw man that place is a dump." I ended up finding a different hotel because I still had another week and a half before I had to go back home, which was a super breath of fresh air and made me realize what I was missing while wasting my time at this hotel. There was a super nice lady that was new, though I can't remember her name. She gave me clean bedding and towels after the first couple of nights without hesitation, so thank you, nice lady. Won't be staying here again though.
