Our company has us stay here from time to time. Happy with location. Desk staff are pleasant(minus whoever took my call in-room call from the desk on Dec 27th around noon. She could use training on handling guest issues. Keurig in the room needed cleaning and it took an hour to get the whole thing situated and her attitude on the phone needs work. Reach out if you need details on this. A star down for this experience) |Mary at the desk, and sweet lady with glasses who checked us in are great. Her positive and can-do attitude even at 1am(approximate time of check-in) was impressive. |Bridget at the restaurant was exceptional! She almost made up for my issue in the morning. In addition, highly recommend salmon chowder at the restaurant. Yum!
My wife and I had a staycation. We loved the convenience of the location. It was close yet felt like were we not in town. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The front desk receptionist was nice and knowledgeable. Check in and check out was easy. FREE parking! Only thing really was for the duration of our stay only 1 elevator worked so it took awhile, and the noises of people running up and down the halls.
Review: I’ve stayed at Hotel Indigo Everett for years and have always appreciated the location, staff, and overall experience. That’s why I was surprised to see a newly added $12/day parking fee. Parking has always been included here, and unlike dense urban areas, Everett doesn’t have a parking shortage that would justify this change. The fee may seem small, but it changes the overall value of staying at this property—especially for loyal, repeat guests who have supported the hotel over time. I hope management will reconsider this policy or offer exemptions for returning customers. It would go a long way toward maintaining the goodwill they’ve built over the years.
I was really disappointed with the cleanliness of my room. Everything was noticeably dusty—especially the floor and the bed area—and I have a dust allergy that flared up after just one night. I asked the hotel to clean the room and refresh the bedding. They did change the pillow covers, but the rest of the room stayed dusty and clearly wasn’t properly cleaned. The bathroom was also a problem. It looked filthy when I arrived and it wasn’t wiped down or refreshed at all during my stay. Overall, housekeeping was awful and didn’t address basic cleanliness. I wouldn’t stay here again unless they seriously improve their cleaning standards.
We stayed here after winning a one night stay and breakfast at a fundraiser auction (good on them for helping the non profit). The booking and check in was simple and both were handled by friendly and knowledgeable staff. They have a pool but no hot tub, so I didn't go swimming. The room was nice, not huge but big enough. We had an ocean balcony room. It was a view of the everett marina and the skyline, which was very nice when the sun was out. Our view included a roof with some machinery, which didn't bother me but is worth mentioning. We had breakfast at the hotel restaurant, it was delightful. I would stay here again.
I had a Great stay at Hotel Indigo From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly pleasant and helpful, offering thoughtful recommendations for local dining. Our room had little goodies and a personalized note, which was a beautiful touch that made us feel truly welcomed. Every team member went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. Highly recommend!
A week ago my husband and I and my brother and sister in law spent 2 nights at this beautiful hotel in Everett The front desk staff were so lovely and welcoming The rooms were very roomy and beautiful and we had a great view of the pier and the water!…and the lights for the holidays are beautiful!…. But Mario who was our server in the restaurant was the BEST part of the weekend! He was so attentive but not in "your face" and kept us laughing!….we ended eating and enjoying "beverages" on both nights due to his welcoming personality and service! We have been travelling to Seattle for years but never knew about this "gem" of a hotel! Also far enough away from the hustle and bustle that you feel like you were "away" We aren’t travelling to the States as much as we did (way of the world at the moment)….but we will be back! Thanks so much Hotel Indigo!
