Absolutely the best hotel for long term stay and military. They love pets too! Best rooms, best staff and best service ive ever had at a hotel. The general manager even meets you if she sees you and is very helpful and is always improving this place is amazing!!! I stayed at two other hotels closeby and will not use those ever again, I have traveled many many times and this has been a 10/10. I want to especially thank them by name Paige, Rosemary,Jessica, John, Lexi, and Tina as well, best breakfast ive had at a hotel and she was very kind and helpful!

Positive: "" Negative: The bathroom lights didn’t work The bathroom vent cover was hanging down with a red light on inside of the vent The exterior north entrance door was broken/ inoperable with a broken sign on it. Possibly a safety/ fire hazard in case of a fire

This hotel had a clean, bright lobby. My room was spacious with a full size refrigerator. The bed was comfortable. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the carpet & furniture were a bit dirty, and doorways needed to be wiped down. Other than that, it was a good, quiet place to stay, and had an overall attractive appearance with plenty of desk space for computer work.

Staff was nice and accommodating. The guy that works the front desk in the morning was nice and lit the fire pit for us. We were staying there for a couple days and there was a big game on tv the first night and we had gone to eat dinner and watched the first half of the game, came back to the hotel and was going to get comfy and finish the game but after we got settled, we found out that they don't have the local channels and don't have any apps on tv to watch the game. TV was a big downer for this room.

The rooms in this place are disgusting. The shower is not clean. The bed smells like a person has slept in it on one side and smells like nothing on the other. No other rooms available in this town tonight so I am stuck. Carpet looks dirty and so does the couch. The desk chair has stains all over it too. There is literally nowhere to sit or lay that doesn’t look soiled or smell like someone was just in it. Will not fly through this portion of the country anymore. The Hampton inn in this town is also garbage. I’m surprised the floors haven’t collapsed in that place. I recommend not using either of the Hilton properties in this town if you can help it. I don’t care if the people working here are nice and the lobby is clean, it’s just for show.

Dirty shower. Dirty appliances. Dirty floors. No lightbubs in lamps. 1 bathroom light out. Bathroom fan does not work. The sweet girl at the front desk found 1 lightbulb for me. She's the only good thing about this stay. If I have to use the word DIRTY in a review, I won't return. I'm a Hilton Diamond member as I travel a lot for work. This hotel has great potential that it failed to achieve in this stay. Housekeeping needs some retraining.

Checked in fine, but when trying to watch the game on a Sunday night was informed that all the local tv stations were out property wide. Wanted to use the hot tub also, but the jets seemed in poor repair. Otherwise the property was clean and the location was good for San Angelo.
