Comfort Suites San Angelo near University

The definition of hospitality is such: "the friendly and generous reception and entertainment of guests, visitors, or strangers." The manager of this particular location has no business being in the hospitality industry. Period. I stayed here for two Nights and during my stay I came down with a nasty cold. I woke up this morning (day of check out) and could barely move except to deeply cough. Check out is 11:30am. I was moving slowly. I was washing my face and packing up at 11:45am when a loud knock on the door came. I opened the door explaining I am very sick and moving slow. The front desk woman said, "here comes my manager". As the manager approached me she said "What’s the problem?" In a husky voice. I said, "No problem, I’m just really sick and moving slowly" btw, my voice was gone and they acknowledged it, so they knew I was super sick. This was my reply from the manager: "well I’m super busy today and I don’t have time for this so let’s GO!" I’m sure whoever reads this will know how offended I felt. I can’t wait to provide more context to corporate. We have a choice of who to stay with when we do business in San Angelo, Texas. This treatment at a hotel was appalling to me.

One of the cleaner comfort inn properties I've stayed at. Beds were comfy and the bathroom was stocked with towels. The breakfast area was orderly with a decent variety. So basically what you should expect at any hotel but that's seldom the case. I've been a diamond member for years so I've seen my fair share of rooms from New York to Comyfornia. This is a descent hotel and I would stay here again.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was a good price and had plenty of space for my family. The staff was amazing! Front desk was very polite and helpful when I needed something. The kitchen manager was super friendly and gave us updates on what was being served. When checking out, they said goodbye, asked how our weekend was, and welcomed us back! The hospitality was something I haven’t experienced at a hotel before!

1) The room had an oder.|2) The bed was hard and pillows lumpy. The sheets were pilled and ruff. |3) The A/C rattled so I had to use folded cardboard to stuff the cracks.|4) The bathroom does have towel holders just one hook on the back door. Just throw the towels on the floor?|5) Wall paper coming loose. |6) Hair on the side of the tub and rust. |7) Holes in the wall. |8) Breakfast server did not use gloves. She physically moved the biscuits with her bare hands. |9) She complained about working for the employee Thanksgiving. |10) 18 wheelers parked outside our window in the vacant lot arguing at 6:30 am.

The room was clean and comfortable. The only reason for not being a 10, I feel like the bed was not a queen size for some reason. I have many occasions to book hotels, we travel a lot for tournaments. I only book with Comfort Suites. These beds just seemed smaller. Everything else was great!

Wonderful stay-Highly Recommend I had an excellent experience at this Hotel. From check-in to check-out, the staff was welcoming, professional and attentive to all my needs. My room was very clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything I needed. Housekeeping did a great Job each day. I especially want to thank the front desk Leslie and team for their prompt and friendly service-they were quick to assist with any request and made me feel right at home. The location was convenient, and the amenities exceeded expectations. I will definitely be returning on my next visit and highly recommended this a hotel to anyone looking for quality and comfort...

My Wife, Daughter and I stayed here for 2 days and Rhi-Rhi was an amazing help. From the speedy check-in seeing how tired we were, to helping us with the purchase of our snacks that they sale late at night. Great job!! The morning person was very helpful as well, but I didn't get her name unfortunately. Keep up the great work.
