Except for road noise from Parker Road, you have no idea you're in the city! You need to book 6 months in advance for summer spots. They fill quickly. Because the sites are spread out its quite quiet in the campground.
It is amazing here at Cherry Creek State Park. The facilities, grounds, and sites are super clean! Easy to get in and out of your sites, which makes a huge difference with a big rig.
Godrush is a great loop in the back of the park. Not much shade.
Beautiful place, but need to have people pick up after their pets.
