Felt amazing after spending an afternoon at Wolf Mother! The saunas are spacious and the entire space is zen and beautiful. Tried the cold plunge too and it was so invigorating. There are plenty of cozy places to hang out and relax after using the amenities. Also loved trying the red light therapy masks!

Lovely, attentive staff. This was my first time at a sauna and they made me feel super comfortable and taken care of. Everything is super clean and cozy. Will definitely return again. <3

A true GEM that Tulsa is very, very lucky to have. It's a beautiful concept, a beautiful space and very well-managed. Not that it needs it, but I continue to send prayers and positive blessings out into the ethers that it does well!

Such a relaxing yet connective space, loved hanging out here with friends, meeting some likeminded folks and being able to just sit back, hang, and do healthy things in community. Plus, the space is beautiful and the owner is a local!
