Staff was super friendly and explained in detail the benefits of each section. In the private suite, it really is private, nobody comes in to bother you or rush you. It was a great experience and felt therapeutic. It left me feeling relaxed, energized and ready for the day! Would definitely get a membership in the near future!

Staff was very welcoming and gave us a tour of the studio. Gave clear instructions on how to do our recovery. As this being my first time I truly enjoyed it and I am looking forward to future sessions !

Our first time here and it was absolutely incredible. As a heart transplant I recommend this if you want to be free from pain and anxiety. My transplant team gave me the go to do this and I can honestly say I feel much more alive. Friendly service and will be coming back

Perfect spot for a chilly night! Glad I checked this place out. The privacy really stood out — it felt calm and personal, not crowded at all. Everything was spotless and clearly well maintained. I also appreciated how easy it was to move between the sauna, plunge pool, and shower — the flow made the whole experience feel seamless and relaxing. The team (Joey, Josh and Kensley) were so welcoming. Definitely a place I’ll come back to.

This place simply gets it. The service here is top notch. Extremely clean, peaceful and I’m getting excellent results. It’s incredible to go into this space not pounced on with sales tactics. The staff makes you comfortable without intruding yet they care. It’s strange in this era of corporate greed to experience a company that lets you come in to maximize your health instead of constantly chasing you for package sales. Their model and equipment speak for themselves. I truly love it here and more importantly I’m feeling like a million. Bravo !! Cheers to the staff and owner of this location, JC

I went for the first time this evening and it was an amazing experience. The staff working were so welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend and I plan to go back often.
