Had the best time today. The team was incredibly kind because it was my first time. They were really thorough and explained everything about the process. It was such a great experience and I felt a lot of healing. I have a lot of chronicle issues and this is exactly what I've been looking for it. I had the best experience and I'm looking into buying a package soon. Thank you all for having such a wonderful place to rest and recharge.

I had the pleasure to visit this establishment directly after a long day at work. As soon as you walk in you are greeted with a smile and tranquility. Bassie was taking care of me today - phenomenal representation of what the company is about. The 60 minute, personal sauna suite gets you sweating, amigos. That is then followed by a 15 minute allotment of time in the cold plunge that’ll get you right! This is a true good plunge. I’m not exactly sure on the temperature but I would guess around 40-45 degrees. If you are around here, check it out!

I’ve been coming to Sweathouz Plano for about a year now and it’s become such a consistent part of my routine. I even got to be the first to use their new second cold plunge room today! Love seeing them grow and keep making the space better

Bassey was amazing and informative! I was very nervous for my first time doing a cold plunge and he is very encouraging! He is very natural and kind ~ I booked for next week!!! ❤️

I absolutely enjoyed my experience, with the sauna & cold plunge. Not to mention the Vitamin C Shower. Bassey was such a great host, he’s so welcoming & calm. I had an incredible experience at Sweathouz in Plano thanks to Vivian and Claire. Their customer service was on another level—warm, attentive, and genuinely focused on making sure I had everything I needed. They went above and beyond from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. The whole experience was relaxing, smooth, and well-run. You can tell they take pride in creating a welcoming environment and making the session feel personal and enjoyable. I highly recommend stopping by.
