Town Club

It’s Actually quite shocking the negligence and not replacing the swimsuit centrifuge….. I mean …. Come on …. How long ? Are they going to keep That ‘out of order ‘ sign on it …..!!! Extremely unacceptable especially considering all of us seniors who are forced to pay out of pocket for the club ( how do they even get away with NOT having silver sneakers ) …. I suggested also in the last years a ‘quiet adult outdoor swim hour ‘ in the mornings before all the children and blaring music starts….. you really can’t make any suggestions to this club . Always falls on deaf ears . …. Please please simply buy a NEW swimsuit spinner … unacceptable …. Simply unacceptable …

Morning staff is GREAT!!! They always greet everyone and they are so kind. Afternoon staff isn’t as polite and sometimes act like they don’t know what to do… Also I had my lock AND EVERYTHING IN THE LOCKER REMOVED YESTERDAY, with no explanation. I got to the gym around 6:20 and worked out, got ready to leave and couldn’t find any of my stuff, I was so mad and upset and confused… I went to the front desk and they had everything, when I asked for a explanation they just said sorry and my lock fell off? I said no it didn’t, like why did y’all take my lock off and they just said ops…. I’ve never in my life had that happen to me! I’ve been at this gym for 2 months and I’m so disappointed with how the staff handled it. Because if my engagement rings or cards were taken, I would’ve filed a police report because the staff admitted they were the ones who took it to the front. And again for the staff to tell me ops IS WEIRD!

🚩The gym has gone downhill really bad in the last 10 years!!!!🚩(Terrible Customer Service)!! Continue reading (Member for 10 years)!!⬇️ !!The majority of the staff are rude and don’t greet you anymore it used to feel like a second home.!!! The men’s locker room (Steam room and sauna haven’t worked in two years) Now the mens locker room has been under construction since December. !!(Olympic Indoor Pool) If you’re part of the working class and want to use the pool, GOOD LUCK 🍀 you’ll have to fight over open lanes with high school students "…. They’ll say that they only use 4 lanes, but their friends, students or people on other swim teams use the other lanes !! You will literally see people getting off work wanting to swim laps…it’s extremely annoying!!! The only time I can go use the pool and know that there might be a lane open is between ( 8:45PM and 10:00pm) Honestly, I loved this gym at one point !! But I would highly recommend spending a little extra money and go to (Verdure) it’s sad that the staff don’t care about the members anymore!!

My children and I have loved using this gym but they made me cancel because they don't give membership holds for having a baby. Even if you are having a C-section. They said they only give membership holds for medical reasons like surgery but major surgery to have a baby doesn't count. How does that even make sense? The baby can't go to the childcare area until it is at least 6 weeks old and that didn't matter to them either. The employee even scoffed at me. It doesn't make sense from a business point of view. I'm less likely to come back sooner or at all if you make me cancel.

Nice, clean with inviting staff, and 2 nice indoor pools. Great place for family and people of all ages.

Good gym. Not super clean but with so many members it's hard to keep clean during the day. Lots of people all hours. Good equipment and a Pool. One thing is they are not a Silver Sneakers member and therefore, my insurance can't pay my dues. otherwise, good gym

I absolutely love this place, but my only complaint is that they don’t have separate guest passes for people from out of town. You have to be accompanied by a member the whole time. I’m visiting from Houston for a couple days and decided to visit today. Went with a member and it was only $5! Very good price. Mainly came here for the pool and it was great! Absolutely love the depth and the amount of lanes to choose from. I normally lift a lot too, and the selection of machines looks pretty good! Looks like it’s been recently remodeled too. It’s very nice inside. Definitely will have to come back when I’m visiting again. Hopefully they will have separate guest passes (that don’t require a member) eventually? I would pay good money for that!
