Reset Sauna & Cold Plunge Studio

I cannot say enough good things about this contrast room. The cold plunge + sauna combo is an absolute game changer. It’s truly a full mind-body "RESET". Even after my first 30 min. session, I left feeling clearer, calmer, and in such a better mood. I seriously look forward to my two sessions every week — it’s become one of the best parts of my routine. If you’re on the fence, do it. You’ll feel the difference immediately.

Something I thought I'd never do, was Cold plunge, but at 68 years old, I tried the cold plunge and sauna, at my age there are many aches and pain, example is my sciatica, and lower back pain. I have done 2 one hour sessions already, I fill great after each session, if I lived closer, I'd be there couple times a week. I am very glad I tried it. Beautiful place, your own room, professional, I'll BE BACK.

Had a great experience at Reset! The set up is clean, welcoming, and super well thought out. I've got a few races coming up and definitely plan to be back - this is exactly what I needed to help recovery and stay ready. So glad contrast therapy has finally made its way to Sioux Falls!

After a week of several hard workouts and sitting in a desk chair this is exactly what I needed. My legs and back felt refreshed walking out. This will definitely be part of my new rotation going forward. The room was clean and had everything needed to get the most out of the therapy. If you have ever thought of trying a cold plunge this is the place to do it!

This is an experience like no other. You get a private room, spa atmosphere, access to a sauna and the cold plunge, relaxing lighting... all in your private room!!! You'll get all the benefits of sauna and plunge while having a spa experience. I highly recommend!
