I’ve been to many saunas and this place takes the cake! The two saunas are actually HOT at roughly 180 and 200 F. Several great cold dip pools that are very clean. The owner is a friendly guy and we chatted for a while. Definitely check this place out.

Absolutely loved Well House Sauna + Wellness! The space is beautiful, clean, and so relaxing from the moment you walk in. The staff made the whole experience feel welcoming and personalized, and the sauna/cold plunge setup was incredible. You can tell a lot of care goes into every detail. I left feeling refreshed, recharged, and already planning my next visit. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful wellness experience in the Boise area!
