TruFit Athletic Clubs - 23rd St.

Love working out at the gym on 23rd. It’s always clean, motivating, and has such a positive vibe that makes it easy to stay consistent. A special shoutout to JJ — he greets everyone with enthusiasm every morning and truly sets the tone for a great workout. His energy makes the place feel welcoming and encouraging. Highly recommend this gym if you want a space that keeps you motivated and excited to show

I love it here. The staff is incredibly attentive and truly takes the time to pay attention to everyone. They really care about your goals and make sure you’re working toward them the right way. And yuliana is the best—she’s patient, always corrects your form, and explains what not to do so you’re actually working the muscles you’re supposed to. I feel supported every time I come in.

Alexis at True Fit is amazing! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable and taken care of. She really listens to what you want and pays attention to every detail to make sure you leave looking and feeling your best. Her professionalism, skill, and warm personality make every appointment a great experience. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares about their clients and consistently delivers top-tier results, Alexis is the one. Highly recommend!

This Tru fit is a great gym! The Personal Trainers as well as Bella in the front is very respectful. They are also quite educated when it comes to any exercises that pertains to strength training, cardio, HITT etc. Personal Trainer Ino in particular is a very great personal trainer. Definitely recommend this gym to anyone no matter what level of physical fitness you are in.

I really enjoy this gym! It’s at a super convenient location, great parking, women’s only area is available, and has a nice weights and machines selection. Machines go down but they get them back up pretty quick from what I’ve seen. Honestly all that it is missing is a sauna 🥺 Dominic at front desk is always very welcoming and attentive! The manager here (not sure of her name) is also super nice.

I’ve been coming to this gym for 4 years now. I’ve never even considered switching, it just feels like home to me. Equipment is solid, and they stay open 24/7 on weekdays, so you have a place to workout no matter what your schedule looks like. Employees always provide a welcoming environment. JJ is very inviting at the front desk.

Been coming to TruFit on 23rd for years! I’ve tried switching a couple times but have always found myself back at TruFit! Will never change gyms! And a special thank you to JJ for the great help!!
