Absolutely amazing!! I have been coming here for 2+ years and alwaya feel relaxed, recharged and refreshed. The staff are alwarm and welcoming (Marie and Shay) and when Jess and Peter are there they will have a conversation with you that will change your life forever. I have brought family, friends and my husband. We love it here✨️🫶 My favorites are the BEMER and the Sauna😊

My first time doing bio charger and infrared sauna and can I say, not only did I feel recharged after a long day at work but I also felt balanced prepared to return home and do what i gotta do. The atmosphere was warm, clean and welcoming starting with my initial intake. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely returning!

Haite Healing Oasis in Stamford is such a beautiful and relaxing space! I’ve been using their infrared saunas and absolutely love them — I always leave feeling lighter and recharged. The place is super clean, peaceful, and they even have their own parking lot, which makes it so convenient. Online booking is super easy and check-in is seamless. Their membership rates are great, and they offer so many other services I can’t wait to try. Highly recommend!

I have been coming to HHO since 2022 and it has been a game changer. Not only are the owners and staff consistently welcoming, warm, and helpful, but the services are top-notch. The many different sauna rooms are so relaxing and well decorated. The cold plunge area is incredibly thought out. I’ve also enjoyed the Bemer, hydromassage, red light therapy, and foot detox. It is truly an oasis like nothing I’ve ever experienced! Thank you, HHO!

I’ve been a monthly client for the last few years and they’ve been instrumental in my body & mind ongoing healing journey. Best modalities available along with other supportive events including sound bath and so much more. I enjoy sharing my experiences here with my friends & family ( yes, you can bring guests as a member). It’s a warm & inviting place, you’ll feel well taken care of & leave feeling rejuvenated, relaxed & a smile on your face for sure.

If I could give this place 10 ⭐️, I would. It is my happy place and I always feel relaxed when I leave! I have been coming here since they opened and will continue! The owners are wonderful and keep expanding on all the options here, and Marie is by far one of the most wonderful humans who always makes me feel right at home! Brought my whole family today and everyone had a great time! Highly recommend!

I have been going to the haute healing oasis a few times and plan to continue returning. They have a great saunas and the staff is so nice. The hydro massage is also an excellent alternative from the traditional massage experience. The parking is no issue, they have a well sized lot which is nice in the busy harbor point area of Stamford. Highly recommended for someone who wants to experience a convenient and inexpensive relaxing spa day.
