Immersion Sauna + Cold Plunge Studio

I absolutely love the overall health benefits of cold plunging and sauna, I have been utilizing this form of therapy for years. The best part about this experience was that the water was clean, the sauna was clean and Erik was super professional! He talked me through the entire process thoroughly and I didn't feel rushed. I will definitely be back! Looking forward to my next plunge!

Immersion was an absolute blast! My partner and I booked a time for the two of us to "take the plunge" on a Saturday in the late morning. We felt the surge for the rest of the day! We are excited to do it again soon.

I will admit, I was extremely nervous to try the cold plunge. My body runs cold most of the time and the thought of purposefully soaking in icy cold water sounded miserable. Erik assured me I’d feel amazing and he was right! First we started with the sauna then a quick shower before the plunge. Initially the cold water was such a shock but I was able to make it two minutes. Immediately after I felt warm and extremely awake and alert. I felt great the rest of the day and had a solid night’s sleep without waking. I highly recommend this to anyone even if you think you can’t do it, you can! Thanks Erik for convincing us to try!

I've heard for years how beneficial a cold plunge can be for the mind and body, but I didn't think I'd ever try it. Now that I'm in perimenopause, I'm trying everything! My session at Immersion exceeded my expectations. Tangible benefits were sweating out toxins, proving to myself that my mind can overcome the challenge of 49 degrees of cold water! Will do again.

What a great experience today at Immersion! I highly recommend it to anyone! Experience of cold plunge is truly awesome! It is a great way to get a boost, and it is very time friendly: in and out is less that 20 minutes! Erik is very encouraging and the plunge room is very clean and quiet! Take the plunge, you will not regret it!

Had an incredible experience with Eric and Immersion LLC! Eric was extremely thorough in explaining the process and made it easy to navigate. The facility was really clean with nice touches like essential oils and bluetooth capabilities to listen to a podcast or music in the Sauna. The cold plunge was exactly as advertised. It's mentally challenging, but once you get past the initial cold, it's incredible! Highly recommend!
