One room the air would not turn off I was able to change room with heat . It was clean great customer service

By far the WORST PLACE WW HAVE WVER STAYED!!! We had blood on our sheets , fleas, roaches in the bathroom. when I went to the front to complain the lady said the manger isn’t here so there was nothing they could do about it until the morning. Mind you this is at 11 o’clock at night. The manager come in the morning and when we tried to go talk with him he said there was nothing he could do since we didn’t complain the night before (which we did!!!) anyways if your are looking for a fast and easy hotel/motel stay please don’t stay here!!!!!!

Management has anger issues and I won’t be staying there again. Was staying on first floor and the bathroom was flooded by upstairs bathroom and their response was ok hours later they fixed the leak. Also don’t use their washer and dryer because they will take your money and not work. Their response is your lying about it!

Room was dirty. Bugs on the floor. Dirt and dust on the sofa. Room smelled bad. Stained comforter.

Unable to lock door adequately. Extremely loud music in parking lot around 11 pm . TV did not work. Only stayed in room about 5 hrs because we felt unsafe.

I would have given a higher score but the first night we stayed, after a 4.5 hour drive after my work day, we got in around 12:30am and didn't get to sleep until after 1am. We were woken around 5:15am by someone either in the room right next to us or above us making loud noises - like they were cleaning the room!! Lots of banging around, sounded like they were opening and closing doors, bumping into things, heavy footsteps - it was difficult to tell exactly what they were doing but it was impossible to go back to sleep!! I may actually call and request a refund it was so noisy! If this hotel does their cleaning that early in the morning, I will definitely not stay here again. I almost didn't stay the 2nd night, but the rate was affordable and I was hoping it was just someone being rude with no regard for their neighbor! Fortunately, the 2nd night was quiet and no issues. The other thing that was a bit weird was the manager (or maybe they were just front desk?) sat on the first flight of stairs going to the 2nd floor clipping his fingernails and toenails. This is not behavior I would expect from the manager or front desk person.
