Middle East Restaurant and Club

The Middle East in Cambridge is an absolute sleeper spot for live music and one of the best concert experiences I’ve had in a long time. We went to see Jutes and the whole night was intimate, personal, and genuinely amazing. The venue has such a cool, authentic feel and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. What really stood out to me was how much they actually care about people. They held our tickets to make sure we were not getting scammed or scalped and I really appreciated that level of honesty and protection for fans. It made the whole experience feel safe, fair, and welcoming before we even walked in the door. On top of that, the entire experience was smooth and stress free. Sometimes going into Boston or Massachusetts for a show can feel intimidating or overwhelming, but this was easy, safe, in and out, and honestly just enjoyable from start to finish. The sound was great, the crowd was awesome, and the atmosphere made it feel like something special rather than just another show. It ended up being one of the better concerts I’ve ever been to and I cannot wait to go back for future shows. Highly recommend this place to anyone who loves live music.

Middle East Club has been bringing in the best underground music for decades. With so many amazing venues closed the Middle East is still the place to see a live show. The downstairs sound is perfect for that band, rapper or Dj to pump out the 🔥. Its one of the last authentic places in the Boston area. Catch a show, have some drinks, maje bad decisions and live life. Sköl.

Love this place. The staff was extremely helpful and nice. The food was interesting and different. Delicious.

My wife and I came in from Connecticut for a show on Thursday night. We got to the restaurant around 7:00, we had no problem getting seated right away. Our waiter was Alex. He assured us we had plenty of time to eat before the 8:00 upstairs show. He was very friendly and patient while he described what some of the menu items were to us. Once we finished eating the line started forming to enter the show. The doors opened and the line moved quickly. All of the staff are friendly and helpful. Inside the room there is a small stage in front and a bar in the back with a good beer and liquor selection. When the room was full it was difficult to navigate through the patrons to get to the bar. We saw Sir Woman perform. It was electric, the energy was palpable. What a great intimate space to enjoy a talented artist!

Great venue. Good was delicious and cheap, almost as good as it was fast. Took less than 5 minutes to get the kebab dinner to the table. Wait staff was really friendly and got us in and out of there before the doors opened next door for our show.

Stopped in there the other night after a long day of wandering around the city, I had the nicest server Miranda, she was so sweet and chatted with me and got my favourite drink made up specially. The food was great but the service was better. Would highly recommend stopping by!

Went last night for an event. The staff was extremely terrible. The bouncers and the bag check lady were disrespectful. They came to conclusions extremely fast. I have never ever experienced this level of disrespect in my whole life. Once I was inside the event I had a great time. The music was AMAZING don’t get me wrong. The issue is with the STAFF.
