Awful experience and funny enough was rude to me and my husband....in asheville of all places! Excuse me? Me and my husband are two gay boomers looking for a nice drink, the bartender was awful.

Scandals by far has been, is and always will be the best of the best. Art Friar, made a place for everyone to enjoy and have fun. He respected every human being. I know that he couldn’t be happier in heaven seeing the amazing place that still is. He left this place his creation in amazing hands. It’s been years but who can ever forget such an amazing person like Art. ❤️

There are no handicap parking spaces in front of the bar. There are 15-20 free parking spaces in front of the bar. There is also a paid parking lot across from the bar. This bar is #Lgbtqiaplus friendly. The employees are friendly and helpful in this bar. Martin's world has all the cool #Lgbtqiaplus stuff for sale. You can also buy a shirt made by Martin for $20 dollars. The dance floor is large and can accommodate around 100 plus people. The drag shows are held every Friday and Saturday night at 12:30 pm. The drag performers are awesome, and the performers are very talented. George is the best bartender in the bar. The best drink to get is liquid marijuana. If you get to Scandals before 10:30 and you are 21 plus, it will be $5 dollars. If you get at the bar after 10:30 pm, it will cost you $12. The dance music is awesome, and the drinks are priced right. Overall, I am quite happy with my experience at Scandals Nightclub. I saw a lot of brides to be partying here, and they had a great time here.

Came for the NYE balloon drop night. Alright experience. The place was jam packed with people and they only had two people working the main bar, so it could take up to 20 min of standing there just to get a drink. I'm very patient and don't mind waiting but I feel if they had known how many people would be there since they did pre order tickets they could have accommodated their staffing better, and the bartenders seemed very overwhelmed too. The drinks themselves were not very good I think because of that rush, to the point where I was just sipping on them because I really didn't like them but still wanted to drink. Kind of killed the vibe. Other than that the music was good and the drag show was fun. Maybe on a different night it would have been better.

What a night! For our small bachelorette party of 4 it was perfect. The performers were flawless and the music was incredible. Drinks take a while to get but the TVs have shows to watch to keep your mind off of waiting. Definitely worth going to. You won't be disappointed!

We were here for a Drag brunch and had so much fun. The performers were wonderfully talented, the bartenders and staff were very friendly, and the food was delicious. I believe it was catered by Biscuit Head. There was some minor trouble with the mics cutting in and out, but other than that, it was a great show!

Welcoming establishment celebrating positive self recognition for the LGBT community. Went for the first time during their annual pageant and had a blast. This place clearly fosters close bonds and has a great sense of community.
