Adult Shop North

I've been here countless times and have always been satisfied with the product selection. Customer service hasn't always been worthy of a 5 star rating... until most recently, when I was greeted by an ultra friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming employee- Jozzy! She provided excellent customer service, had great product knowledge and even recommended some things that I would have otherwise overlooked or not tried, without her expert opinion. She answered my questions and made me feel comfortable in the environment, and confident with my purchase. I think she's a great asset to this establishment and I will gladly return, as well as recommend this location to my friends. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 star rated customer service!!

Im a new customer and have had such a welcoming experience. Jozzy took great care of me had perfect knowledge of all the products and amazing personality She made me feel so comfortable. And the toy she recommended was a 10/10 cant wait to come back

Good place for my first time going to one, but I found the "tools" i needed for a fun night with my girl. May have to come back for another peak. Update: love this place, I usually come in at least once a month and i always get something good for myself abd my girl.

Arcades were dirty and kind of beat up. Looked run down upstairs. Not a lot of outfits. A little on the pricey side for items. Staff was friendly.

Just like the other location, disgusting! They have no testers so if you buy something just know they’ll be tested from previous customers. Both of these places need to be shut down because you can tell sketchy things go on. Neither have products that are of good quality and both are overpriced for the brands they carry. I guess I’m used to stores that have class and take pride but these don’t have anything.

This place at first look is ok.. movies and toys a good selection... but that's where it ends.. The website talks about preview booths and shows a almost movie theater quality room.. Its not. In fact it has 2 levels and neither one has anything like that. The lower level is pretty nasty and dark.. has a couple rows of single booths and like 3 slightly larger and much smellier and way dirtier booths only about half of then have a chair and at least half of those are cheap lawn chair plastic ones... On top of that even tho you pay 6$ to enter the preview booth area (which is also poorly laid out) ever booth I entered and a quarter slot.. not sure what we were paying for since the videos were playing already but yeah.. Had it not been for the nice lady working there it get a 1 star ...

Came up for a week long stay in town and stopped in here. Would have been 5 stars if the place was cleaner. Had a good time, only wish there had been more tops present. Maybe next time.
