Altitude Chicago Trampoline Park

We had the most wonderful birthday party at Altitude! Brianna helped plan everything and made the process so easy, and Xavier was incredible the day of the party making sure everything ran smoothly. As a parent, I appreciated how seamless the entire experience was — very minimal work on my end, but the outcome was absolutely beautiful and special for the kids. Having the trampoline park to ourselves made it feel extra fun and memorable (party was at noon on a Friday). All of our guests had an amazing time. Highly recommend for anyone planning a birthday party!

Excellent, clean, and well-maintained, this jumping facility offers plenty of activities to keep kids entertained for hours. From multiple trampoline areas to a variety of fun jumping setups, there’s always something to try. In addition to the trampolines, there are arcade games (priced separately), massage chairs for parents to relax, and a concession stand for snacks and drinks—though the prices for food and beverages are on the higher side. The atmosphere is lively and full of energy, with a friendly and engaging host who made the experience even more enjoyable. While the place can get very crowded, it delivers exactly what you’d expect from a trampoline park—nonstop fun for kids and families.

We had a great experience at Altitude. The staff was friendly, attentive, and very organized from start to finish. They were patient, helpful, and made sure everyone felt welcome and safe. Everything ran smoothly, and you can tell they truly care about providing a great experience. We will definitely be back!

We all know places like these are notoriously dirty. But this one, this is the worst ive ever seen. I’ve been documenting these issues for about a year and also emailed corporate and spoke with "managers" . It’s only gotten worse. Blood, broken equipment, trash including but not limited to : bandaids, actual HAIR, candy, etc. Half the park is taped off with caution tape while the open sections are all falling apart with hazards every 5 feet. It’s just disgusting. It’s filthy. And should be shut down . I’ve added just a few photos but these aren’t even the worst. It’s just disgusting

Fun for kids and adults and the staff were attentive. Lots of areas for climbing, jumping, etc. It’s a little overpriced, but a fun excursion

This place is a fun spot for kids and adults to burn off some energy. There are plenty of trampolines, foam pits, and activity areas to keep everyone entertained. The staff is attentive and keeps things safe, and the atmosphere is lively without feeling overwhelming. It’s a great choice for a family outing or a casual hangout with friends.

My son loves it here, specifically jumping into the foam from the diving board. It’s worth a membership if you are going to go more than 1x a month. It’s $10 for an adult to go without a membership. The memberships are for 1 adult and 1 child so if you get one your partner cannot share that membership. It’s well managed, there are food options and we came here for a kiddo birthday and it was so fun, thy provide food with the party options. You get 2 hours to jump and they call you to leave by the color of your bracelet over the intercom.
