Alternatives of New Fine Arts

Orlando is incredible! I went to Alternatives at New Fine Arts today hoping to find that *special something* for this ‘someone special’ that has my attention right now. Valentines Day has never been up my alley, but this year it’s caught my attention…. only, I felt "in over my head" over all the options. Orlando came in clutch! He knew how to narrow down what [I didn’t even know] I wanted without making me feel awkward, and he definitely had awesome product knowledge! With his help, I got the perfect valentines gift for the perfect valentine….. me! 😂😘🤫 I hope he’s working the next time that I go there, because I’ll need him for round 2.

Marco provided outstanding service. He was incredibly patient while helping me find the right products and made the entire experience fun. He was smiling and upbeat while answering questions and ringing me out.

Marco is very friendly and knowledgeable. He recommended a high end toy and took it out of the box to make sure it worked before I left. I appreciated the honesty and transparency. I’ll go back and look for him when I buy again.

Orlando did an excellent job informing me of the happy hour, buy two get one free on aromas. He even recommended trying a new scent. Great sales associate.

Orlando was literally the sweetest human ever to me tonight. Please give him a raise!! He has excellent customer service & a beautiful spirit! The world needs more people like him <3

Art was very friendly and helpful. He provided good suggestions when asked, and signed me up for their rewards club. I’ve never been treated this nicely there before.

Craig was great! Took the time to answer all my questions. He throughly knew the products and helped me make a choice that was right for the person intended.
