We love stopping by during the night shift—Salomon and Raquel always bring the best vibes! They’re knowledgeable, friendly, and make us feel right at home every time. They even remember us, which makes the experience feel personal and welcoming. The store is always spotless and smells amazing, which makes browsing around really enjoyable. My partner and I always feel comfortable taking our time, and the product selection is top-notch—there’s truly something for everyone. Big thanks to Salomon and Raquel for making each visit a great one!

I will not be to this location again. I frequent the location on Mockingbird and never 👎🏾 had such a bad experience. I came into the store. Was told I had to wait 4 minutes in order to check out. Came back up to the counter to interrupt her conversation with another store staff member with just cash laying all over the counter. Then she overcharged me for an item. Wouldn’t even adjust the price after I showed her proof in the glass. So take my money. I complain about the total. Then won’t make an adjustment when it’s clear it’s not the consumer fault. Then I couldn’t use my phone number to collect points. Just all bad! Bad service by Valorie!

I love the good customer service by Zanequa I will come back again soon

Hey I firstly would like to say thank you so much to the two ladies who helped me. They were so awesome. They helped me pick out some great stuff. They even updated me on the new policy and setup. This is a nice secret to have. It's Christmas eve and I choose to do an act of self care here. A great present right??? It's been a min & you get it. Anyway post viewing room experience:The worker was terrible and seriously lacked any interpersonal skills. Felix had no sense of humor and was not knowledgeable or helpful. He made me want to put the purchases back !!!!!!! I was disappointed in him being the only one available being as it were close to shift change. Sam was a sweetheart and listened. I just though someone should know Happy Holidays🙂

First time stopping at an adult store and had a couple questions about some products. The young lady Mandi provided me with excellent feedback on items i was interested in. Will definitely come back to shop here. Customer service was friendly and knowledgeable!!
