The lady here is very weird and over the top. She requires masks years after the pandemic is over. She doesn’t take Wells Fargo. Says if you don’t know the name of the product exactly that’s behind her, she can’t give it to you. Extreme amount of people loitering in the parking lot as well. Overpriced as well. I’m surprised she is still in business.

Terrible experience. If I could rate this place zero stars I would. First off upon entering and with no clear posting outside, the lady behind the counter blurted out that I needed a mask if I was to be in her store. The way she said it was if we were in the height of the pandemic.. when I told her I didn't have one on me and I asked if she had an extra one she said yes but they were a dollar. When I agreed to this outrageous price she open the ziplock baggie and offered me the mask inside as if we were in a surgical room or something. I paid the dollar and went about my shopping. At first I was looking at some items on the wall when she interjected that such-and-such was better item and I could use it four times and then I would have to throw it away. I didn't even ask for her opinion. I politely acknowledged her suggestion and selected something else which happened to be more expensive than the item she suggested that I buy. Then I was looking at items in the case and she informed me that those were for customers who were purchasing for the entire month. The way she said it was demeaning and downright rude. She asked no questions and just assumed what I needed. When I asked about a certain product she informed me that she didn't carry those, gas stations did, again in a demeaning and self righteous tone. When I went to purchase two items she had asked me if I knew how to use the product to which I dismissed offhand and told her I wasn't interested in her opinion as she had been nothing but rude to me since I walked in. At this point she pushed away my $50 cash grabbed the items on the counter and refused to sell anything to me. She was rude from the get and I am glad she did push the cash back to me because no amount of fun is worth being treated like an inferior by someone in a customer service role. This lady is a royal you know what and her little store has a terrible selection. I would never set foot in this store were I you. Can only imagine what the viewing rooms look like in this god-awful place. This lady has no class and I am honestly surprised she is still in business. For those of you who had a positive experience with her consider yourselves lucky. My experience was one of the worst experiences I've ever had in a store of any type and it was solely because of her bad attitude. I'll acknowledge that I may have caught her on a bad day. Everyone has them myself included. But that doesn't give her an excuse for treating me the way she did.

I had an amazing experience with the the kind lady working tonight; who I later found out was the owner. She was extremely friendly and courteous. I was impressed with how welcoming she was & she devoted her knowledge to me. It made my experience of a sex shoppe comforting in more ways than I could count. She went above & beyond to make me feel right at home. I can't believe why I waited so long to check this place out; a true hidden gem! Can't wait to return as there aren't many arcades around with a pretty vast selection of merchandise. Two big thumbs up!!

Gave this 2 stars because they had what I was looking for and seemed to have a decent selection of things for the store being so small. My experience could have been better because the woman there requires masks (which is fine) but the sign that masks are required were not on the outside door only on the second door once you go inside. Then if you don't have one makes you buy them... then she doesn't wear her mask all the way on? Also there was a large group of what seemed to be homeless people hanging out next to the building and while no one did anything to make me feel unsafe I'm not sure I would feel comfortable going at night or alone. She checked our ID when we came in then 30 seconds later I was paying for my things and she was looking at my debit card and then asked for my ID again for what was only a $50 purchase.. idk felt like she was just being extra for no reason- bad vibes and wasn't very friendly and was very annoying to me how excessively she wanted to verify my identity when I'm almost 30 years old and very obviously not a young child. And the mask thing was annoying too. I went out of me way to come here and honestly I'll most likely never return. Ps it was $50 for 2 bottles of 4 ounce lube so was also expensive..... just go somewhere else.

Ginny was an absolute sweet heart! She was so incredibly respectful and knew exactly what she was talking about when it came to the products. Can’t wait to visit again! Thank you Ginny!

Great place and inviting atmosphere! Had a fantastic time picking out fun things for good times. I was greeted and felt that I was valued. Will definitely return as I am thoroughly happy with my experience.

Just left this place came in with my husband and the woman there so rude told me to wear a mask and in a super rude way she said "it can not be a bigger sign on front" soooo rude we purchase but she was unpleasant
