Thrillz High Flying Adventure Park — CT's #1 Extreme Adrenaline Park + ARCADE

We had our son’s 6th birthday at Jumpz/Thrillz in Danbury and I will be talking about it for years to come! They were super organized and the kids had a blast! But my #1 praise? Our host, Jordan. He was absolutely incredible. The kids followed his every word and direction and he was so into everything he did. He should be the person training every other person who runs parties! Such an excellent experience!

This place has gone terribly down hill & it was evident from how EMPTY it was on a Saturday. It used to be a fun place to go a few years back. Trust me you want to read this. I decided to book my daughter’s birthday party. Upon immediate arrival, it was chaotic to even get a staff number to find our party room. Once that was figured out we were directed to find the party room all the way in the back of the establishment by ourselves. When I entered the room, there was a number of filthy socks left behind in the room and other belongings and was just plain filthy. It was started that we only had 30 minutes to set up so we had to rush and clean up including sweeping up the place, removing the socks ourselves and set up our decorations. I did not meet my actual party host until about 45 minutes after arriving. I complained about the appearance of the room & she pretended to be shocked but did nothing about it. She took our drinks to be refrigerated and disappeared for a while. As guest arrived and we needed the drinks to begin coming out, it was a hassle to find anyone. I ordered wings along with the pizza the party package came with, a dozen plain & a dozen bbq… they brought out plain & buffalo… I explained this was not my order, and they tried to insist that it was. I had to remind them this was a KIDS PARTY why would I order them spicy foods? Another staff member later on did confirm my order said BBQ. It was extremely embarrassing and awkward to have half the party kids watch others eat wings , while they had none. The party hosts expected them to sit down this entire time while waiting for the replacement which entered into our playing time. The kitchen staff members & the manager were arguing in front of myself & the parents attending the party. I literally could not think it could get any worse at this point. There was zero professionalism. Even throughout all of the interruptions on their end they still decided to rush us through our party insisting that it was cake time and we would have to be moved out of our room quickly. Over all my kid did not get a birthday experience, it was unsanitary, unorganized and ran by unprofessional individuals. I would never come back here, you can throw a better party almost ANYWHERE ELSE.

It’s really cool colorful & clean && the staff are very nice. My favorite spot was the fire area and th moon area. There is crazy tall climbing walls and swings! I definitely recommend everyone too come here

We had an amazing experience at Thrillz! The cashier, Hailey, was incredibly kind and professional. She explained everything clearly, answered all of our questions quickly and efficiently even though it was busy and most importantly got us in quickly! It’s always nice to be greeted by someone who clearly enjoys doing their job!! She was awesome. We also appreciate how clean and well kept this place was. So much fun!! Will definitely be back!

I had the best experience here with some friends! We were looking for something fun to do and this excelled our expectations because of what other trampoline parks have been like. It was very very clean and organized compared to other places I’ve been to which I liked a lot. Also all the employees were very nice and helpful. Specifically Hailey helped a lot with any questions I had and was an amazing cashier. 100% recommend going here if you’re looking for a fun time

We had an amazing time at Thrillz! From the moment we walked in, the staff was super friendly and made sure everyone felt safe and welcome. The place was spotless and really well maintained, which I appreciated you can tell they care about cleanliness and safety. Our kids didn’t want to leave, and honestly, the adults had just as much fun jumping around and letting loose. It’s such a great way to burn energy, laugh, and make memories together. We’ll definitely be back soon highly recommend it for families, parties, or just a fun day out!

My daughter saw thrillz on TikTok and we decided it would be a great place to go to for her birthday. We drove NY to CT and it was totally worth the drive! After we got checked in at the front, the party host brought us back to the room and waited for our guests! The host came back with the guests and got us started! She kept the kids safe while also making sure they had a blast! Once the kids were done with laser tag they got the pizza and did the cake! The room we were in had glow in the dark lights so when we sang it was such a great underwater scenery. I would totally recommend booking your party here!
