A nice bookstore, with a decent selection of books (I have to stay away from the nature section because I always want to buy all of the books), magazines, merchandise, games, and accessories. It has a very cute children's area, a help desk that is smack dab in the center, a Starbucks café, and plenty of seating throughout. The staff is friendly and helpful, in particular Stacy. She went above and beyond to assist my mother and me with a lost order. She was so kind and resolved our issue. I highly recommend this location.

I love going here and I had a birthday recently and was gifted a few gift cards. I found out today that a special edition of a book I love had been released along with the second in the series so I went down and used said gift cards. The lady at check out literally sighed and said "ooookayyy" and then threw the gift card back at me when I had been polite and handed it to her. Made it seem like using gift cards isn’t allowed in this store and that I should just let them be wasted money. She also was complaining to another employee about people walking up to check out as I was walking up to pay. Not a great experience but I got what I wanted, the rudeness however, was not wanted.

I went to take my little sister to the kids place as I used to love it there as a child just to find out that the books for kids in Spanish are across the store away from the kids place. I just find it confusing how only those books were taken out apparently cause of a "change of company". I’m not taking her anymore and I recommend just to buy books off Amazon and read at home☺️

Very nice store with super duper nice staff. I asked if they had a certain book, the person went away and didn't come back for like 15 minutes. Thought she forgot about me but no, she went and looked deep and found the book! And the other staff called around to see if another location had another book. Courteous, just awesome place to shop. Highly recommend!

Every Barnes and nobles I go in I always have trouble finding the smut.. I mean, romance books I want. Everyone I ask for help finding certain books and they go out of their way to help me by looking in the back or whatever if the website says they have it in stock. I love you guys*. *All Barnes and nobles members. And they have cute Harry Potter puzzles!

Celia or Cecilia, can’t remember the name of the woman at check out, is extremely rude. Seemed annoyed that I took time to browse around the checkout area, which I would understand if there were anyone else there waiting to check out but there wasn’t. I’ve had my account looked up by phone number before and she rudely told me all accounts have emails and to provide her with that. The issue is I’ve created two accounts with different emails, which was why I asked her to look it up by phone number (it’s on the correct account). I find it crazy that she was treating me and my cousin like this when it was 2 in the afternoon and not busy whatsoever. Yuck

Excellent employees. Friendly and very helpful. I was searching for a specific book to purchase. I was visiting this city. [I do not live near by]. THANK YOU very much.
