Pleasures Entertainment Centers

Fun place!. Nice selection on toys, accessories, and little extras. Staff was friendly, and I really enjoyed visiting with them. I checked out the arcade later in the evening on Friday, and I thought it was pretty fun. The movie in the bi/straight theater was HOT!! I didn’t stay very long, my partner wasn’t as into it as I was. The only thing I wish was different, was that women were allowed to go into the arcade by themselves. I understand why they don’t allow it, for obvious safety and liability reasons. But, it’s still a bummer. I’m looking forward to visiting again next time I’m in the city.

It's a shame that I have to write this review but after my experience, I feel I should. I have been a regular patron of this business since 2014. In that time, I have watched it evolve and, with it, I have watched rules evolve. Yes, I consume cannabis as I am an adult and it is legal for me to do so. I went to the store earlier in the evening and returned after attending a concert. The clerk asked for my ID, scanned it, inspected my ticket then told me that I wasn't allowed in the store because I smelled of marijuana. Now while I understand that rule and the need for it, it's also a little vague. I could have been with others who were smoking. I could have had some on my person and not been impaired at all. There were no other signs of impairment other than the scent. And this is not the first time said clerk (Sat Graveyard) has pulled this. And I have never had this problem at any other Pleasures store or with any other clerk at West Colfax but this one. (Dark hair, looks greasy with no personality) It's really a shame because I enjoy the scene and I enjoy the store but nonsense like this will certainly keep me away from this location. And the whole security guard thing is a joke, especially the uniforms.

The store crews are very rude even the security. Need a better and more approachable crews for this store. Need to find a new one. Horrible.

You k ow I had hopes that management would have reached out to me about this. I guess that my support and loyalty to this establishment would have meant somethint. I was a devoted customer to pleasures for over 30 years. But that doesnt mean a thing . I've been a patron of this establishment way before I was legally allowed to be here, literally 15 years old. Ive always enjoyed my time spent here and have been a advocate for it's need in the community and for the role that it plays. It's saddens me that after many decades of supporting this institution I was banned, and have no clue as to why. But its fine. If this is thecway that management flow treats people who have supported this business through the years, they I honestly would rather s0end my money elsewhere.

Enzo at Pleasures W Colfax was a breath of fresh air from previous manager. Very kind and helpful. Made me feel welcome and that my money matters. Will definitely be back. Also we need to support these small businesses and make sure they stay open.

I had a great time here just follow the few rules they have and youll have a good time!

They would not let me return a defective product. Unfriendly and unhelpful cashier. Dirty, unkempt & rundown shop. Save your time and your money and shop Adam & Eve instead!
