Chelsea and Lex were so friendly and helpful. I had a very warm and memorable experience with them just chopping it up while they checked me out. They also helped by recommending lubricants and introducing me to the wonders of silicone 🙂 rawr

My partner and I visited this location late on a Friday evening, after date night. Chad greeted us as soon as we entered. He offered his assistance if we had any questions, and made us feel welcome. This location was very clean and tidy! It smelled good, and had a nice open floor plan with a great selection of toys, media, lingerie, games, novelties, and all sorts of other fun goodies!! The store was pretty empty, so we casually talked with Chad while we shopped. He was a delightful guy with a great sense of humor, and he made our experience so much funner than we anticipated. I hope his manager sees this review. Chad is a fantastic guy, and was really great to interact with. He’s an employee you want to keep!! We look forward to visiting again.

Chad was fantastic! I walked in having an idea of what I wanted but still wanted to look around and I swear he read my mind. Great customer service and so friendly!

My friend and I went to pick up a couple of last min items for Halloween. We were first greeted by Chad who was welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. He helped us get exactly what we needed, after a seamless transaction he gave us a coupon for our next purchase and invited us back again. Adult shops can be intimidating, but this was the exact opposite. Will definitely be back.

Experience was absolutely wonderful sales rep ACOG. Was absolutely incredible. She was helpful. She was attentive. She was greeting. She was just a wonderful person and like really made me feel comfortable in the store and help me above and beyond. She was knowledgeable about the products and assisted me in multitasking. My partner and I went here together and Chad really helped us. You could tell they are very knowledgeable and with being said they made both my partner and I extremely comfortable. We went sometime last week and I highly recommend.
