Well, they've recently moved a while back to a new location, which in my opinion is a lot better. Love the new layout of the store, the staff are super friendly and helpful. An extremely large selection of tcg games, now I see why my co-workers love going there to do their tabletop gaming and card games. And their pricing is reasonable on a lot of there supplies for gaming as well. out of all the gaming stores in town. This is by far my favorite.

Rude owner & crazy prices! Don't go here if you are looking for reasonable/market prices on Pokemon. Other shops in town will match market, but the owner, Biron, was rude to me and my friends and was not reasonable at all when talking online before going to the store. Things are WAY over TCG. The opposite of community-focused. Went from being reasonable to price-gauging for Pokemon. Look elsewhere and you'll find better deals in town and a better community. EDIT: Just saw the owner at a Sam's Club Pokemon drop where he brought his employee to buy a membership to scalp cards and resell the packs. He even asked someone in line to sell theirs to him too. Why would you think it is okay to take product from community drops to resell and mark the prices up at a LCS? Not ashamed of it either, was wearing a branded shirt. If the store is doing that poorly, I don't think saying you care about the community and then doing that is going to help at all. I hope you reflect on this and don't find more workarounds for not getting caught and just stop doing it. It's beyond disrespectful to the community you claim to care about.

PunkOuter is hands down one of my favorite local spots. The staff is friendly and passionate, the selection is great, and the space feels welcoming to everyone. It’s more than just a store, it’s a community hub for gamers. Highly recommend supporting this place. If you’re into tabletop games, TTRPGs, or just love nerd culture, PunkOuter is a must. They have private rooms available to rent, as well.

I've been frequenting this shop for a little under a year now and will keep coming back to it. They have a lot to offer for enjoyers of various TCGs and tabletop games. They have great incentives that grant discounts to local customers for participating in in-store events. Staff is also very friendly and willing to teach newcomers the ropes for whatever TCG they're wanting to pick up.

I am new to TCGs and have gone to a few events at Punkouter so far and it’s been a really good experience! All the staff and even other players there have been really helpful and supportive while I am learning! Also, the store has a really cool atmosphere too—it’s fun just looking around to see all the different games, cards, and many other unique items!

Surprise! Stopped here during the Art Festival. The Babaa is a Pokémon fanatic. The other granddaughter is into Anime (cartoons). There was a game tournament going on in one room. Another 2 games in separate rooms. Lots of merchandise and a foodie counter. The staff was nice and answered my questions. Have another place now to take them for their treats/items.

All of my experiences shopping at PunkOuter have been positive, from dropping in to buy a pack during lunch breaks to selling cards. Staff have been welcoming and helpful during each visit. I appreciate being able to see their stock online, as well as what cards they’re currently buying. Saves a lot of time. One of the owners, Phil, was also nothing short of exceptional when I met him. A mistake on my part left a selling transaction in weird limbo but it was sorted out due to his quick action after we figured out the issue. I’m mostly embarrassed I caused it so hopefully everyone forgets who I am asap so I can go back in the store lol. TL;DR — shopping at PunkOuter has been a positive experience for me and the staff are welcoming and attentive. Owner Phil is wonderful in addressing issues/situations with consistent communication.
