Absolutely a joke, and the staff are rude, creepy or some weird combination of the too. Oh, and don't try and have a private conversation about your planned purchases beforehand, they will ask you to leave. The Spencer's in the mall has a better selection of toys and outfits, and much much nicer employees. The only saving grace of this location is that it is the only store of its kind open 24hrs for at least an hours drive. Avoid unless no better option.

If I could give zero stars I would. Went there with my fiancé last night to look for something specific. We came in with zero purses/large bags, and the male employee at the front counter was an absolute creep. We were the only ones in the store, and he was less than 10ft away from us the whole time, following our heels. Gave me the creeps and made me want to get out of there asap. Will not give them more of our business if he is still there. I understand following shoplifters, but we gave him absolutely no reasoning to follow us that close, you have security cameras just watch us. Not this.

Worst customer service ever. I went to purchase some items from there and my name on my license was Christopher and my credit card said Chris and they wouldn’t accept it. Then they refused to give me corporate number and a manager and an employee wouldn’t even give me their name. Out of all the years I’ve been Alive I’ve never had such a thing happened to me. Hell, the banks and IRS send me shit with Chris or Christopher. I will be pursuing this with all my effort.

I was in there the other day; the brother with the glasses working there was extremely kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. I asked pretty specific questions when trying to narrow down the product I wanted, and he was patient and informative so I could make the best choice. Please give that man a raise!

Here from out of town doing storm work, went into the store, girl at front desk not friendly at all. Looked around the store and walked up to the counter with over $200 in items, I had previously asked her for some (video head cleaner aka poppers) which is what we call them in Mississippi, told her I wanted the items I walked up with and the ( mistakenly called them poppers ) and then she tells me she can’t sell me anything because I said the word poppers. I can understand if it’s something legal which it probably is, but she seemed to be happy not to sell me probably their biggest sale of the week.

Where do I start? First of all the building itself is rundown ( much like the staff and products inside) I tripped on a loose tile . The items inside are all overpriced and pretty basic. A lot of items were scattered all around in sections like someone was just filling in the space on walls . Item tags if you notice are not same as product. If your into anal that's their biggest section. Fitting for the employees working there and I guess what is supposed to be a manager ( the guy always sitting in office that never seems to step out when an employee is struggling with customers. Products are cheap, I literally watched employee struggle trying to get 2 separate products to even work. I've been in this place a few different times over the past few years and same products, employees change out a lot. There were some decent staff at one time but yea you can get better products in produce section or online at reputable sites. My advice if you REALLY enjoy enjoying yourself or others STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE try some of the spots in Tampa ,online , for god's sake Spencer's in the mall . Just saying never been excited to go there, but if your desperate to go gutter diving be careful be cause whole place is janky as hell

After reading reviews, I was very skeptical of going here. However, the young lady working today, Kaitlyn, I think it was, was very helpful and professional. She helped me find what I needed and was mature and kind enough to discuss functions and options. Was a pleasant experience and got what I was looking for.
