AMF Windfern Lanes

We recently held my son’s birthday party at AMF Winderfern Lanes and everyone had a great time! I loved that they decorated the space before we came and made us feel very welcome and cared for. Our host Zach was just wonderful! He was informative, knowledgeable, attentive, patient, and kind. Thank you AMF and Zach for making my son’s party extra special.

Zach was great definitely come had a great time before five. You’re basically the only one there you could have a full birthday party.

Dirty place! Our hands were black when we were done. I was looking forward to an old school experience, with a good juicy burger. The picture on their website shows a well dressed burger, which was a deciding factor to visit. When you get to the location is when you're told NO lettuce, NO tomatoes, NO onions...why is it called a hamburger and not a sandwich?! Why does your website represent a hamburger? It's very old school 80ish place with badly needed upgrades. The specials are ok but really can't compete with the major players, even on the price. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly, so no complaints there. The music was also good but it was a very underwhelming experience. I would go back to practice but wouldn't invite company. The liquor should be a little cheaper considering the drab environment of the bar.

This was hands down one of the worst bowling experiences I’ve ever had. I paid for unlimited bowling, yet I was only able to complete three games, and I couldn’t even finish the fourth game at all because our lane kept malfunctioning. The lane got stuck more than eight times, and each time we had to wait over 10 minutes for someone to come fix it. Most of the time, we were just standing around waiting instead of actually bowling. This completely ruined the experience and made the "unlimited bowling" we paid for feel like a total scam. We spent more time waiting than playing. When I finally asked to be compensated for the inconvenience and the fact that I didn’t get what I paid for, the manager, Ronda, refused to refund any portion of my money and only offered a coupon instead. A coupon does not make up for wasted time, repeated disruptions, and money spent on an experience I didn’t actually get. At the very least, a partial refund should have been offered. Poorly maintained lanes, long wait times, and dismissive management made this a huge disappointment. I would not recommend this place to anyone expecting a smooth or fair bowling experience.

First time coming here with my family and we had a great time. This wonderful woman who works there made our experience amazing. She was very understanding and extremely helpful with a situation we were having she also checked up on us and made sure everyone was having fun. And she was the best! We will be definitely coming back.

Had a great time! Good atmosphere and friendly people 💯

We bowl everywhere we travel and it can be hit and miss... this was a HIT! Don't let the outside fool you. When you walk through the sliding glass doors, you will see what modern bowling alleys are meant to be. The manager and staff were so pleasant and friendly. After we lost our bowling alley in our town, it is nice to stumble on such a gem in the midst of a growing "boutique", not-really-bowling alleys across the country.
