Had an awesome experience at Cindies this Tuesday. I only came in for two things, but the young lady helped me with way more than that! She answered all my questions and even went out of her way to help me with things I didn’t want opened, no problem at all. Her customer service was on point, and she made sure I was totally happy with everything. Left feeling super satisfied and definitely plan on coming back. Big thanks to Alondra for making my trip so smooth!

Honestly, ignore some of the other reviews and just go see for yourself. Cindie’s on Shepherd has great service and such a good vibe. The employees are super knowledgeable, smart, and genuinely kind, absolutely no awkwardness or judgment at all. They actually take the time to help and make sure you’re comfortable. Big shoutout to Alondra and Nakayle especially they were amazing, so helpful, and just really cool people overall. You can tell they know their stuff and care about customers. Will definitely be back

I had such a great experience at Cindie’s and felt compelled to leave a review because it was the complete opposite of some misleading comments I’ve seen. Alondra was absolutely amazing 🤩 she took her time with me, was patient, knowledgeable, and never once made me feel judged or uncomfortable. She truly made the experience feel welcoming and fun. The manager, Ashley, was also wonderful and gave me a couple of great recommendations that showed she really knows her stuff. The whole team made me feel confident and supported, and the service was top-tier. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this location to others

Hands down one of the most cleanest naughty stores I've been to! The ladies here actually try and help you find exactly what your looking for! From the time you walk in, to the time you leave. My second time to this location was Saturday, both times here I was helped by Ashley, and let me tell you, that girl knows her products! She knew exactly what I was looking for plus some and explained everything to me! She's very PROFESSIONAL and made me feel so comfortable! Will definitely be back here! Thank you so much for everything Ashley!!

Disappointing experience. I came in with my wife on Sunday, and was not greeted. I had questions, but the employee was unhelpful and seemed uninterested. She spent most of the time in the office on her phone and just stood at the front rather than assisting us. An adult novelty store should feel welcoming and informative, but this visit felt ignored and uncomfortable. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

Came here on 10/27 at about 10pm looking for a costume with my girlfriend. Not only did the store smell awful, but the employee with the bad wig and mask was EXTREMELY rude, and did nothing but stare at us while we shopped…offering no assistance. She made us so uncomfortable that we put back the items we wanted to purchase. She proceeded to follow us to the car as we left. I will never be back. They need to retrain employees.
