DOXXES - North Freeway / FM1960

I am very happy since it switched from Katz to doxxes. The staff, specifically rich was super helpful and kind. They have a bigger better selection and I will definitely go back!

I would give less than one star for the "manager" on premise. I pulled over to get directions in my car and she threatened to call the police on me. You can't go in the store without arriving in a vehicle, and if you're in a vehicle- and you're not in a parking spot ( a completely empty parking lot) .... don't try pulling in there. For an establishment that is customer friendly, it was the most unfriendly interaction I've ever had. People like her should be fired. It's 100% sure fire way to kill your potential business. I truly hope her day gets better. Edit: I did try to call as requested and was sent to voicemail.

First time here. Got here at 6:30pm, waited 10 minutes at the door and never was unlocked for me. Definitely won't come back

I’m not sure why store associates are turning away customers at 10:30 pm when the store usually closes at 12. Very rude employee. I had no purse and this was my go to store. Drove from the woodlands and now i will be finding another store, I’m not sure if it was racially motivated or not. She turned me away stating they were closed. I have never been in a situation like this. I’m not sure if she’s under the influence but something was definitely off. She seen me taking pictures and decided to take pictures back ( which is fine) and she proceeded to flick me off. I’m not sure as to what her issue was.

This is worst place you can shop at!! Yesterday 6/17/24 we stopped by to shop around and as soon as we walked in the lady yelled you can’t come inside the store with your purse!! You need to put it in the locker and I did. Then we walked towards the wall of the store and the lady says sir why were you driving by that black car? My husband said because I was trying to park by the tree for shade!! He asked Why? Is there a problem with parking under a tree? She said you can’t park there everyone has to park in front of the store. Come to find out the black car parked facing the street was her car and he had a man sleeping in her car which was the reason she didn’t want anyone passing by her car smh!!! Just so Ghetto!!! Y’all need to have staff that has manners and are people friendly. After that we just turned around and left the store. We didn’t even bother to look around or buy anything!! Such bad experience. Do not shop at this location.

Staff was rude and unprofessional. They refused to serve us because we were WALKING. I don't have a car and my only way of transportation is by walking so for them to refuse service is unacceptable. The only sign posted was "no walkers" which was next to a "no children" sign which any normal person would assume it meant no children in general. No wonder why you're not getting business, you turn away the only customers willing to shop.

came in to get a specific item - room deodorizer as multiple have told me that this location had a wide variety of selection and I would not be disappointed in what they had… well come to be honest i was highly disappointed as they had no product or the woman didn’t know if they would have moved it some where else. I’d think a highly popular adult store company would have a wide range and adequate supply of inventory. not a big selection of items and most were overpriced. don’t think I’ll be back.
