I am compelled to express my profound disappointment and frustration with the customer service I received from a male sales associate carlos at this store location. Despite my three-year tenure as a loyal patron, my experience was tarnished by behavior I can only describe as excessively aggressive and unsettling. Upon entering the store, the associate greeted me, but subsequently followed me closely throughout the premises, to the point where I could feel his breath on the back of my neck. I politely informed him that I would request assistance if necessary, yet his persistent proximity continued to make me feel uneasy. When I attempted to inquire about a product, he professed a lack of knowledge and proceeded to call a colleague, with whom he conversed while remaining nearby, failing to address my question. I subsequently spoke with the colleague, who apologized, and I expressed my concerns regarding this associate's behavior, which I noted was not an isolated incident. Given my history with the establishment and the distressing nature of this encounter, I regret to inform you that I will be taking my business elsewhere. The expectation for sales associates should be to provide courteous and knowledgeable service, not to make customers feel uncomfortable or scrutinized. I prefer not to discuss this further due to privacy concerns, and I will only mention that he is the sole male associate; I have been a frequent customer, visiting 3-4 days a week for the past few years.

Not understanding why the location on google says it’s 24/7 when the store is completely closed up yet the lights are on inside please update your information so people don’t waste their time coming to a store that’s not open highly disappointed

So yeah I'm sure the owner is going to be to happy when he finds out that his employees are turning away paying customers because I ride a bike for transportation now how easy was it to shop there not at all it was extremely difficult to shop there from outside the store hand I have a picture of person that was working and the bad part is the fact that everywhere time I have been to that store the employees tell me to bring my bike in so it won't get stolen . I mean if you don't want to do your job just quit so someone else that does want to do it can and probably do it better because of this experience I don't recommend any go here to spend there money there are far better stores with way better customer service in Houston

Should have an overlap of staff so youre not made to feel excluded. Just lost the possibility of me ever being a customer. Good job.

This location Is horrible bad customer service I came to this location it was a guy his name was Carlos he couldn't even let me walk around the store just to browse around to look at the different products I wanted to buy something but I changed my mind because that is a totally bad customer service he kept following me around the store I feel totally uncomfortable I will never come to this store AGAIN .... Ps y'all need to get the door and window fix because that is totally unprofessional for y'all store too look like that looking nasty and ghetto

Why should I even bother, you give the exact reply to every bad review it's like you copy and paste it, that says alot about you and your business, as the owner you don't care your disconnected, if you really cared you wouldn't reply with the same message to everyone. It's unbelievable, you would be better off just to not reply at all.
