Lab Rat was just the best. I drag my family to escape rooms all over LA and every single one of us had a wonderful time!! Chelsea was a great guide! The room is so well thought out! I will be talking about it forever!

This was new for me. I haven’t done an escape room or anything like it before. The Nest isn’t an escape room, per se. I took my son to this to share a fun & unusual experience together. This truly was that - and more. I’m not going to be the spoiler, so I’ll just say it was part maze, part museum, part escape room, part theater production as you learn about a woman’s life…it had mystery, humor, and melancholy. Bex was an amazing guide whose complete commitment to the experience added the right touch. There was so much to hear, look at, touch, and feel. Great experience. Highly recommend.

Customer Support Experience: First, I haven't yet played at Hatch Escapes, but I just needed to write a review about the pleasant customer service experience I had when Groupon messed up my purchase. I spoke with Liv who made everything absolutely better, she was human, understanding, and compassionate to my situation. I love that local businesses still have humans answering the phone like Liv. Thank you Liv! Excited to come and play the room!

Had a wonderful time climbing The Ladder. The janitor has more knowledge about the place than the CEO. Was a great experience. We also did Lab Rat. It too was a excellent. It was aMAZEing.

Just awesome. The Ladder is the best escape room yet with excellent production values, fun puzzles and fun games. Our group of 4 had a blast! Thanks, Thomas!

Lab rats was best in 2018 for a reason. It was a huge room and so much fun. A true brain twister and a fun story. The host was absolutely wonderful. Can’t wait to go back!

Hatch Escapes is an amazing escape room company! I've done both Lab rat and The Ladder, which are amazing! I highly recommend these experiences for anyone who enjoys escape rooms.
