I walked into the store with a small Sanrio box that I purchased at Five Below and while shopping I put it in my pocket. When I went to the counter to pay for my items the cashier was like are you also paying for the red box? I was confused at first but realized she was referring to my Sanrio box. I showed her what it was and she just continued on with ringing me up. No apology at all. Very rude service.

I agree with Edgar Mejia. I paid to go into the theater and the cashier refused to buzz me in and sent security to ask me to leave.

Went there last night, awesome experience, customer service was excellent by the Hispanic girl with blondish hair. She explained and answered all questions. She showed me a couple of pills, I tried the kangaroo pill and omg, it worked perfectly. I was there with my girl, and we would like to try the Theater next time....has other couples tried it? How was it?....will go back for sure.

The store itself is clean with a wide variety of products. However my experience was ruined by the middle-aged security guard that followed me and my boyfriend around the entire shop. Without exaggerating, I can say he stayed within a 5 to 10 foot proximity of me, with his eyes locked on us the entire time we tried to shop. I have never felt so uncomfortable while browsing for personal novelties. We would have stayed longer and probably spent more money, but after 15 minutes of being stalked even my boyfriend was ready to leave. We will never come back here as long as the hired staff doesn't respect our privacy as consumers.

Overall very clean efficiently run sex shop/arcade place. Just wish they kept the video room open till 6am . update 11-8-18 after being a frequent patron and no reason whatsoever the security guy they hired started following me around the store every time i come in. Even when i leave he follows me to the parkinglot or just stares me down from the door. Im an ex retail manager and retail security officer myself, i know the insnouts and have not shown any reason for him to harrass me. All the employees know me ( know my character and know i would not steal) and im openly communicative with them when shopping not being suspicious or even near merchandise and dude will become my shadow and it is very offputting so much so that i have stopped shopping here unless its after midnight .
