A Woman's Touch

Definitely not a space for men which is fine. But was definitely made to feel like my presence there was a problem. I hadn't been in the store for 3 minutes before somone came up to me and started interrogating me about why I was there. I understand that people who look like me can be shady but I could feel the two female employees staring at me as I browsed the store. After a few minutes it reallt started to make me uncomfortable and I had to leave.

The staff here are incredibly nice, and are very knowledgeable about everything they have in stock. they had a ton of variety in their products, and many brands for each as well. very non-judgmental, and willing to help, very good about individual needs and personal preferences. I would highly recommend to anyone interested in learning or purchasing something for themselves

My husband and I stopped in over the weekend and we had a really great experience. We traveled there from Northern Illinois, it was a special trip just to visit the store. We were not disappointed! We were greeted by all of the employees, who were very friendly and knowledgeable. I had some questions about perimenopausal issues that I have been experiencing and my questions were answered very thoroughly and I was given some very great information. We absolutely loved that all of the products were on display so that you could feel them, compare them, and even try out the vibrating ones just to get a feel for things. I thought that was awesome! It really helped us narrow down our choices. We left very happy, and we love all of the items that we have purchased. We will definitely be back again!

What a beautiful store, while living in the Madison area I had the chance to stop by and shop. I love the SUTIL water based lubricants they carry! Amazing selection of books and educational material. The staff was really kind and helpful, Catherine was very knowledgeable and always made me feel safe and comfortable when asking questions about products! Would highly recommend stopping by AWT.

Always such a lovely time at AWT. Jamie is great and helped me understand how to use, lace, and tighten my first corset (while also showing my partner). Being able to test toys is also great, they have a great literature selection, and lovely/inclusive/welcoming/knowledgeable staff. Madison is lucky to have this store!!

I love this store! They have a huge variety of lingerie, gifts, cards, sex toys and more. The tester wall for sex toys is an amazing resource to have since buying them online can be overwhelming. I got a beautiful card here for a friend's wedding- which was convenient because I didn't have to make a trip somewhere else. The final pro of shopping here is you get a free piece of delicious, dark (vegan!) chocolate with your purchase, even if it's just a card 🙂
