Jenna's Adult Superstore

Worst place I’ve ever been to for adult toys. Will never recommend anyone ever goin there. The box looked like it had been opened before purchasing it then she had to check to make sure everything was still in the box that’s supposed to come with the product. Got home and realized that the product I bought wasn’t the product I intended to buy the only thing I’ve done was open it to See the product and instantly put it back in the box took it back to the store. The lady said we don’t Do refunds and pointed out a sign that you can hardly see. I just bought the product maybe 10 minutes ago and then brought it back and worst service ever worse retire I get where some returns shouldn’t but I didn’t even use it. I looked at it that’s it and she refused to at least switch it out for something I did one that’s bullshit.

I’ve been in this store on multiple occasions and haven’t had a bad experience yet. I’ve found the sales staff to be helpful and knowledgeable and willing to tell about their experiences with different products. They always check to make sure that the merchandise works so that customers leave happy. I’m impressed with the cleanliness of the store and the variety of merchandise available. I’ve also noticed that the cashiers maintain a professional demeanor even with belligerent customers. I have never felt uncomfortable in this store. They have something for everyone, check it out.

Five stars across the board, fantastic store, will always return whenever possible. Love everything about it, the staff is knowledgeable, very comfortable environment.

Never had a bad experience here, the cashier is always super sweet and honest about her own reviews! I can always ask for help with not a single ounce of judgement or embarrassment. Great variety, organized and always always super clean. She offers the best care when it comes to making sure products work, you can always ask. Practice safety folks! <3

Fantastic store! There’s a large variety of products of all kinds of couples. Plus, the store clerk was very kind and helpful finding everything that we needed. Super cool place ❤️💕

Jenna's Adult Superstore is a great place for all your novelty needs. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the selection is better than I've seen at similar type stores. As a fluffy woman, I love that there is a nice sized plus sized section. Absolutely adore my purchases.
